I have no doubts if BTK will start buying back these villas in their original price due to falling prices. All these brokers are portraying a very wrong picture of this area. Ask them what the tangible and material benefit of effle tower or Rafi Stadium on the daily life of a resident. In my personal opinion, in the present market and economic conditions, maintainence cost, cost of living, distance from main gate/city, no public transport, security issues, sports city villas should not be valued more than 1.5 Crores on urgent cash payment of one week.

Most of the property dealers in BTK are acting as the owners of BTK and protecting the interest of BTK Management instead of the general public and the clients. The prices of immature or unoccupied precincts like sports city are totally based on Speculation, and it will take years for them to mature. BTK has very short-term and short-sighted policies to penalise its old and own customers in various ways, and most of the property dealers are naively acting as partners in crime for their 1% commission

Thx for info , but these villas will drop more within 6 to 8 months it will drop between 150 to 160 because as per budget petrol will increase 80Rs and inflation plus instability in country

Actually these are best for online earners. As rent is extremely low. In same time it may go up with interest rate decline by next year

I have very strong apprehension that as soon as the price of Sports City Villas falls below the booking price, BTK Management will start buying back these villas to save their reputation and maximising profits
