    If the price kept dropping than something wrong with this picture right? Every Baharia real-estate youtuber has heading that 'price has further dropped. Can you all also explain why someone wants to invest if price is just keep dropping with no upward movement?????

    What is the covered area? ,what are the sizes of rooms? What is the size of living room, kitchen and dining room and living room.

    Uncle g stay clear and don't don't buy anything in bahria even if it's close to gate. First of all these villas are 25 km from main gate and malir express way connects with DHA not bahria. 2ndly all investors and residents who bought villas 3 years ago aren't even able to sell for half the price. 3rdly bahria has defaulted in paying the settlement that supreme imposed on them for their land grabbings and other crimes, so bahria's future is in serious doubts. The management knows this which is why they don't spend on residents' security and for amenities. They're overcharging for everything, for example per unit electricity rate is a whopping 70 rs./unit. Just last night 8 dacoits broke into a house in precint 4, held an 8 month baby hostage and looted the whole house. In short, stay away from this fraud society and fraud agents

    Not at all buddy. Didn't be fooled by theae fraudiya porperty dealers. These villas were costing 3 caror 3 years ago due to fraudulent price bloating. Now no one buys them even for 1.80 caror. There are thefts and burglaries every other day because bahria doesn't invest in security of it's residents,they only loot their residents

    precint 35 ka distance kitna h main gate se? and is it same one that had to be connected from malir express way? is it available with you on installment, i am interested if all these answers come positive

These BTK agents are a mafia who bloat prices like stock market when they have to sell their properties and deflate them when they have to buy, these agents and investors work hand in hand and only innocent end users who are residents and have 1 or 2 properties in bahria suffer badly. This is the game these have been playing for the past 10 years and this cycle of inflating and deflating prices have never been stopped by bahria management as they mint money from each transfer making them the biggest beneficiary of this vicious cycle. As far as your question is concerned, the real estate industry is on a decline as gov is taxing property dealers and trying to document them as 80% of the industry in undocumented and these mafias thrive as they're able to park their black money in properties. But gov is turning a tide here and as they document them, these big fish are selling their properties which is why the prices of properties will only go down further all over Pakistan in near future. However, if you're looking for a house for yourself and don't care about short term gain or loss, there are many legitimate societies that don't do fraud. In city I would recommend you Askari 4 and Falcon house society if your budget allows. If you're low on budget, I would recommend Saima Arabian Villas. If you want to get maximum value in the shape of of great infrastructure, amenities, security, peace, then my personal favorite is commander City. If distance is not your priority, it has everything you expect from a peaceful and thriving house society

    @@naumansindhu sir do nt know what is happening in the country i need my first home to live , Bahria been ideal place for it since the time i did nt have any money, now i can think of installment but seeing scenario we have in the country it is all very demotivating and all people are discouraging now. i do not understand how to take right decision now
