Sorry for the long delay on responding, I really don't get on here very often. The jig I made out of this around my garage, the main barrel is a 6" long piece of steel pipe, I cut the threaded ends off. The case can be anything solid metal, a piece of flat steel is fine. Used a 3/4" hexhead bolt, used a 1 1/2" flat washer on top, put the bolt through pipe, another flat washer, through base then a lock washer and self locking nut, then about 1/4" away drill another hole for a 1/2" bolt and threaded base plate, put bolt in leaving about 2 inches tall and cut bolt off and used vinyl tubing to protect silverware, then I just use the nut on bottom in vise to hold.

The round part of it is 1 1/4 steel pipe nipple, I then drilled a hole in a piece of flat steel plate used long bolt and nut to secure together and drilled another hole about a 1/4” away from the pipe and put a smaller bolt to slide spoon or fork into to hold flat against pipe to bend. Hope this helps Greg

He is going to go take some closeup pictures and another video of how we do it. I is really easy once you get the hang of it. No need in buying the expensive equipment, plus the press just to make jewelry. We will show more a curate step by step info.
