I have to admit Sierra, while I'm not typically drawn to property tours, the content you put out is an exception I am making. Your videos are like a nice song; you hear the melody, not the lyrics (the lyrics are the house) and it flows. I am impressed with the storyline, there is always something new to uncover which makes it more about the journey than the destination.

My favourite part was the movie theatre I love them kinda rooms and also when you was walking down the stairs and outside the window was the scary ghost staring into the window sat down. Can't believe he threw you in the pool even though it wasn't the real you. It looked real lol

This property is quite cozy, we do not miss the large areas of other properties at this price point, but taking advantage of the size of the lot, it brilliantly combines luxury and being livable in comfortable spaces. Again, the way you show different perspectives is brilliant and most importantly of all, you show that this property is, in addition to everything mentioned, a great space to live.

The idea of the doll was nice, some kind of Homage to Stuart Gordon "DOLLS" (1987) or some of the many movies by Richard Band, and again the Scream character was amusing and Homage to Wes Craven, and the scenes starring a Beautiful Star Sierra Schotts enjoyable. Not my kind of Home (vertical), but It is first-class. I LOVE The Home Theatre area with that Onyx Bar. Thanks for the surprise !

To be Honest I didn't count, but I was very nice to see him walking on the Background or Talking with you at the office, maybe closing a deal for that Magnificent Home. I'll have to watch it again. One thing I didn't like and I hope you guys don't take it the wrong way is the cameraman appearing many times, there's a Famous Mexican Director that I worked some times in the past and he kind of abused that, I found it distracting and it takes away the attention to the scene. Hi Sierra ! I've been very busy editing my documentary, but here are the numbers: Ghostface 10 times, Annabelle 6 I almost missed one where she's really hidden, and cameraman I lost count around 12 between reflections and cast shadows that remind me of a Mexican movie of EL SANTO y BLUE DEMON that had a cast shadow of the cameraman, the camera, the tripod in the middle of a fighting sequence an that ended the fantasy, which is the opposite of what we expect as an audience when we go to the movies. Great presentation, as usual. Excellent production values (filming, sound) Artificial grass has come a long way, looking real. Don’t know how’s gonna age, though. Always elegant. Not that the new videos have low image quality, it's just those older videos from one year ago looked brighter and had richer colors indoor,I never saw such high image quality in any of other channels that deals with real estate
