Can grade 1 spondylolisthesis heal without surgery, I mean pars fracture can heal without surgery of grade1 ?

I had great 1 spondylosis i did not have any pain at all once i slipped very bad caused even more very sever pain now i have to do surgery

Hi I hope u recover. I have same grade 1 anterolisthesis l5 over s1 with bilateral pars defect. I have back pain last two year no nerve pain.i have pain while I am standing and walking 5 mins.how to recover give me any suggestions pls.i hope u gone a reply thank u very much 😊
