    Thanks for your content. I have spondy grade 1 with para defect L5/S1. Can this type of exercise applicable with those who like myself has pars defect? Is there other type of exercises? Much appreciated sir

    Thanks a lot for your helpful videos. My MRI diagnose is: Minimum protrusions L3 and L5 , degenerative spondilolisthesis L4-L5, grade1, with sciatica simptoms first at left leg and after a while on both legs . I also have radicular cysts Tarlov S1 left,S2 right and S3 bilateral and osteoartritis. I am 68 years old. Are these exercises for spondilolisthesis also recomanded for my all other diagnosis?     Lately Nov 2023 my spondylisthesis progressed to stage 2. May I ask, what happens when the stage reached stage 5? Will it create paralysis of the body?

    When I extend my legs, on last exercise, I hear a click from both of my legs, next to the pubic area, on the front. Have I got a problem with my legs too? 😅😅

    Wow!I love the upside down bird dog. But I think it would be safe for this patient to do a bird dog as well, as long as the spine is kept out of extension

    Would you guys ever recommend getting back to squats or deadlifts after spondy ? I am grade 1 with about 7 mm L5 slip forward. I can't find any specific information for me on when I can get back to lifting or what kind of lifting I should do or should avoid. Anybody have any advice?
