Thank you so much! I actually feel like this one is more of a glorified slide show, haha. I always prefer coming up with my own custom animation, but that takes too long and I want to make MORE CONTENT! I'm glad you liked it!

Nice! Two of my favorite moments in the series are when Rand accidentally outsmarts Aviendha by keeping the blade, but not the hilt, of the sword, and when Elaida sees the heron on Rand's sword in the palace, causing Gareth Bryne and all the guards to freak out.

Thank you! I'm getting better about including artwork credits right in the videos. It takes WAY longer, but I think it's worth it. I was so happy when I thought up the Home Alone/Branded hands parallel. It worked so well having Kevin as Ba'alzamon!

OK, I confess, I always have mixed feeling about the meme's, gifs, and goofball vids in your presentations. Your stuff is such high caliber it seems like it detracts/distracts from what your communicating. But.....damn that stuff is so funny!! Genuine LOL moments. You're a master my friend. Anyone who has not worked in the creative field has NO IDEA the time and labor involved in putting together pieces like this. Thanks for your time and effort! Keep up the spectacular work!!

Thank you! I've had a few people express concern over my memes combined with the serious tone. To me that's part if the fun! I'm probably my biggest critic, but at the end of the day I'm doing what makes me laugh and have fun, so unless I get directly sponsored by someone like Amazon, the memes stay! Lol. I'm glad you liked it!

Already watched it twice! Lol As always, so many informative details! It's interesting that you mentionned that fans believe that Justice was actually LTT's original sword, coz personaly, since he said he didn't recognize it through LTT's memory but his own, I thought it was not the case. I rather like the idea instead that it was Laman's blade that was actually LTT's!

Very good point. Another cool theory I just recently read (and would explain the Dragons on the scabbard) is that the sword belonged to Guaire Amalasan (sp?), the false Dragon.

I think that we will see the brands as well as the dragon tattoos in the show. I like the idea that there might be a heron underneath the wrappings on the hilt. I have always wondered about the heron on the hilt because the way I had pictured it was a metal inlay into wood or ivory and that just seems to me to create something that would be slick and hard to hang onto with sweaty hands. Having the herons underneath the wrapping would eliminate that problem, and the wrappings would easily burn away. Especially since it is apparently ONLY the heron that becomes superheated. Otherwise Rand's whole palm would be burned, not just marked with the heron. Do you have any plans to do a show about the various prophecies? Seems to me like some of them, like the one that talks about Rand's marks, are talked about a lot, and some of them, like the dark prophecy and the one that says that Rand will save "..a remnant, of a remnant" of the Aiel are just kind of left hanging there. They are known, but it seems to me like they are rarely talked about and debated.

Do you by chance remember the description of Laman’s sword AFTER Rand puts a more functional hilt on it? I feel like that’s the one that’s a katana, not Tam’s sword.

The cornballer was spot on. I like the sword, if it is Tam's. I was initially disappointed the heron wasn't etched. But even reading the series several times I quickly forget that his hands are heron-branded - because after it happens, it doesn't really come up again.

I gave to disagree that katana is more original. Katana is boring choice and having the sword be two-handed saber instead is something you rarely see due to swords usually being from earlier time periods in fantasy. If they wanted something new and cool looking have him have a backsword, it fits the period perfectly and allows dynamic fight scenes.

Yeah, that's totally fair. I guess I didn't mean "more original" so much as, "not done in typical medieval fantasy." Based on what we've seen so far of set photos and props, it feels like we'll have a lot of Asian influence in the show's design.

@@UnravelingthePattern I always imagined the fighting to be similar to western dueling instead of kendo, so its going to look weird if they are dueling with katanas. They could do some really cool eastern style fight scenes though.

Backswords are not two-handed. Also when u mean western dueling what do u mean ? Which weapons do u intended the dueling looking like ? Rapiers, longswords ?

This series is going way out of control they're not even keeping to the books anymore it doesn't seem like ran sword was a normal straight sword not a katana

Read the books. The Sword is single-edged slightly curved sword with quillons. Thats literally a Katana style blade. Only quillons are missing. It could be a Kriegsmesser though.

The WOT is absolute "fresh" trash and I personally regard it as fan-fiction.
