I hadn't even started reading the books until years after this was recorded, but now that I've read the first 4 books and seen season 1-3, I came back to watch it after all this time. I miss burnie. But I still love Gus

I watched this when it came out and I didn't understand a thing. But now because of these guys I've now watched seasons 1-3 and re-watched this and I now understand everything.

I can't scroll down any further to see if someone's said this before, but I want to thank Rooster Teeth so much for taking control and putting it in the description not to scroll down because people are spoiling things.

I started 4 days ago watching Game of Thrones...and now I can finally watch this :D

its easy to watch them all of the season in 4 days. i watched every episode in 4 days from season one to season 4

Jon killed a wight (a zombie brought back by white walkers-their called the others in the books) White Walkers are zombie herders. Sam is the first to kill one.

I feel really weird watching this after seeing season 4 and how the hound and arya story develops, listening to them constantly say how much they are looking forward to it developing.

I know that I am really late to watching this, but it feels so good to be able to watch this especially because I have a matching Hodor shirt with Gus.

good talk. I like hearing people talk about what they think will come in later seasons.

My only question is.....Why hasn't Jordan made an Animated Adventure of the Hound and Aria show lol. I think that would be hilarious!

I work in an outdoors shop in Scotland. The 'Melty face guy' Came in last winter and bought a hat and gloves. I just finished catching up on GoT last week, and just remembered about this (which was obviously completely irrelevant to me at the time) But you guys convinced me to get the books ASAP just by saying how much it goes into the backstory (such as how Robert Berathian (sp?) came to power) So, thank you for that

I watched all 3 seasons just so I could watch this... and I regret nothing! Great show, great podcast

I watched season 1 through 3 last week because I didn't think I would like it but I loved it and couldn't stop watching it lol. I went through 10 episodes a day for three days straight

Same here, man, then I finally decided to give GoT a try. I forced myself to hate it before I even watched it, thinking it's just some overly hyped mainstream bullshit. It's good, really good. Take a week of work and binge it, I suggest. Now that I'm done I finally feel ready to watch this spoilercast.

I really wish I didn't know about Ned's death and the Red Wedding before I started watching the show, but the wedding still surprised me a bit.

It's people like you that make me cry at night...

Well I really hated her in season/book 1 (she was SOOO annoying) but later she really grows as a character. Still, probably not in my top 10, tbh

The part where catelyn is going up the mountain in the part scared me xD

It's weird how it's like in GoT with the battle that Tyrion is in with the mountain-men that in the books, there is a described battle and on screen he just gets knocked out and wakes up after. With the upcoming Hobbit film that's the exact opposite of what's going to happen just goes to show the differences in funding in different stages of creation.

The shorter work that he referred to is called The Hedge Knight, and it is set 90 years before the events in the series. You can find it in a fantasy novella anthology called Legends, published back in 1998.

They actually did have iced drinks before electricity, but obviously they were a massive luxury. Ice would be either harvested in winter or cut high up in the mountains and then transported to castles/cities, where it was stored in dungeons deep underground, which were always cool.

I absolutely agree with Burnie, Jamie Lannister is such an awesome character and i personally like his world view and meaning of "honor". Littlefinger is another great character which i admire.

I've seen all 3 seasons but not yet read the books. This is very informative video, for people who haven't read, only watched. One thing that got me confused is Talisa is called Jeyne in the books.

I watched the entire series just so I could watch this and know what they're talking about. I have no regrets.

@27:24, Robert Baratheon fought Rhaegar Targaryen at the Trident. He killed Rhaegar with his warhammer and broke rubies off of his armor which fell into the water, hence that area became known as Ruby Crossing
