    Hello again Heather. Just did this tonight and my split is getting closer to the floor. My left side needs more work for sure but in time and with consistency I will fully get down on the floor comfortably. Thank you so much 🙌 🤗 .

    Thanks! I’ve been stretching for my splits for years. And then I got pregnant and now I am 7 months. I used this stretch this morning and it feels great! I will do it again later! THANK YOU! ✨✨
