That’s a good question with it being so close to all the other houses. It does have the short fence all around it but that area of Desert Color is zoned for nightly rentals so different people will be in and out of the area but for the most part I would think people would keep to their homes they’re staying in. I guess it could also depend on how closed off you want the windows to be as well. Great place for family vacation home or airbnb!
