This one was my favorite!

I seen this home from another seller. Just a tip for the camera guy. 1. Get a gimbal. 2. Slow your role. Your panning gives the viewer vertigo. Keep your camera at the same height. Hope this helps.

I would like you to complete one foor at a time before moving upstairs. It makes it hard to get a floor plan in mind. Also i am a fan of opening every door. I want to see the bathrooms and closets to get a feel of the flow. A woman here who loves seeing storage space. Also yes slow down on moving camera back and forth so quickly. I adjusted the speex so i could watch this but had to turn off volume because of that. This is a beautiful home tho.

This is an amazing home. So many amazing outdoor spaces as well. Unless the lady in the plaid shirt is Secret Service, she could have stayed in any one of those beautiful sitting areas, it would have made for a better experience for the viewers.

Stop moving the camera around so much & so fast. It hurts the eyes. Open more doors. Open the fridge up more. Show the garages & shop area. Show where & what was behind or in those 2 hidden rooms. (Even though I saw where the hidden doors were). & why were those girls following u everywhere? If everyone is gonna film at once, have everyone take turns.

The property is stunning. Specially the Mountain View’s from the backyard, WOW! 🤩But I don’t feel like it’s a home but more like a bed and breakfast house where you can rent out the rooms. Specifically the rooms at the lower level of the house where there are multiple beds in the rooms. And plus having all the amenities included in it like the movie theater, the gym, the tennis/basketball courts, the pool, the simulated golf area, the bowling alley, the game area and more other stuff. I’m sure the maintenance of the house alone and the surrounding areas plus the water and electricity bill is probably outrageously high.

I've toured many of the homes in the area in the 8 years I've lived here and I've seen only a handful that had a decent floor plan. The house in this video, even though large, has narrow hallways, tiny rooms and is poorly laid out. I am a retired photographer and photographed the interiors of many multi-million dollar homes in the LA area. Some were beautifully laid out and others seemingly slapped together with no sense of space or practicality. I would say the percentage of well thought out homes was higher there than here in Washington County. Construction quality here in SW Utah varies with many homes here not being properly insulated for the environment. There are homes built on blue clay or collapsible soil, poor drainage design leading to flooding and slope failure. Look at the layout of the entire area, no thought as to where to place homes, retail, industrial, just put them wherever. Poorly thought out streets/ traffic flow design leading to areas like Greensprings/Telegraph where there's been a bottleneck for longer than I've been here. When they added the underpass by the mall did it improve traffic? No. It took them until this year to fix that and of course cost $$$$$ in our tax dollars. There used to be a sign on Washington Parkway for some new homes that said "Built by a builder." Brilliant....

I was a real estate broker in Las Vegas Nevada for 20 years from 1998 to 2010 had a family member that lived in St. George. I’ve forgotten how far north Of St. George is cedar city

There actually was a sauna in the bathroom connected to the fitness room! It is $5,300,000

Dude the bouncing and the quick pull backs and push forwards of the the camera make this very difficult to enjoy. It seems your rushed and unplanned. It’s hard to appreciate and clearly a beautiful home.
