Pls tell that after flushing how to check the recommended compressor oil level that should be in the system for proper lubrication of compressor parts for prolong life. Pls also tell me that after each gas leakage repair, is it necessary to makeup oil level and how much fresh oil should be added. Thanks

I have read it somewhere that half liter compressor oil is required in 1.5 ton AC. So in my view if a AC gets 2 to 3 times leak then oil make up become necessary otherwise compressor may get seized.

I'm an engineer and as per my knowledge at least 500ml compressor oil is required in 1.5 ton AC.

I have some questions 1) Discharge valve of oudoor unit was closed while doing flushing?2) Can we do flushing of indoor unit with air by another compressor then attach the discharge pipe and do vaccum by vaccum pump? 3) There is a loss if compressor oil , if not added some oil in compressor will it not damage the compressor?

Nhi sir, cylinder main gas ka pressure zyada tha, outdoor unit k mukablay main, aur achay say liquid b ban gya, aur achay say fleshing b hogai.
