If, for example, an e-liter is backlining and they die and use the "ouch" notif, then it's completely understandable and appreciated that they are notifying the team that a shark has made it to backlines and will attempt to take us out from behind. But if the whole team just saw a teammate die or it was a team wipe, spamming ouch is just plain annoying, and is really only understandable if the team had an opportunity to push and didn't take advantage of it. While a lot of people use it for trolling, I think the initial idea behind it was to notify teammates of opponents who've gotten the jump on your team
