bates d1123 I feel that Nausicaa was a work of art, even the manga version was grander than the movie. But they both the same in someway.

David Woo It's so weird, Spirited Away is the Miyazaki I've seen the most (and first)... yet, I can't get over that I think it has tons of flaws bugging me. XP I actually made a journal about it once: fav.me/d8gag3w Don't get me wrong though, I think it's awesome that you love it so much. :3

I'm glad to see Studio Ghibli finally getting some love on here! Great tribute for one of my favourite films of all time. If you could do "Laputa: Castle in the Sky" that would be great, considering that's my favourite Ghibli/Miyazaki film, with "Spirited Away" being a close second.

I love how "The Sixth Station" was made both as its usual melancholic form and as a sneaking mission theme.

Amazing work! I loved the music, the graphics, everything!! Miyazaki will be proud of your dedication.

I never thought I'd see the perfect summary of this movie in 8 bit version but today I did! What a fantastic job done!!

Didn't realize until now how much of my childhood was in 8-bit.

First i have to say it was very beatuful after this im freezing i dont know why but im freezing, Spirited Away was a piece of my childhood and its locked deep in my heart and soul. I remenbered all of it i saw this movie 20 or more times. Your work was great and i enjoyed it.

the scene where haku is freed gives me goosebumps even in this version. excellent work

The feature film took around 2 hrs to run, this video compresses the story down to a measly 5 min.

This is amazing! I was really moved with your work. "Spirited Away" is one of the greatest movies from Miyazaki. "Howl's Moving Castle" would be a challenging work, without any doubt, but you should also try "Princess Mononoke", it would be an amazing work too! Such a a happy emotional ride of a film , I watched it when I was kid amd obviously didn’t remember what happened but sort of remembered some silhouettes, shapes and faces. These would change over the years because I didn’t actually remember it in my mind cause I was so young ,it almost just became something from my memory which I was trying to call upon. Then I watched the film years and years later and I was very emotional for whatever reason it is one of those film classics which makes you think and inspires creative peace and love. Rakanadyo Yep we did! Which normally don't since we try to model after an existing game. Originally this was suppose to be like Little Nemo Dream Master. My older brother gave me a Studio Ghibli book about Spirited Away and it had diagrams of all the environments and characters so it was a great reference for us to draw off of.
