I have met my higher self a few times. It only improved my life and I could be honest with myself. How I manifested things in my life with my own thoughts. How I was an active participant of some of my own problems that I would blame on my situation or “ other” people. I’m much better now😃

Take as much time as you need. It took me two years when my brother passed. But he made it clear to me he still exists. He did such a good job of convincing me, when my dad passed away, I could actually feel his presence so strongly I felt I wasn’t grieving properly! I crocheted a zillion hats. My form of meditation I suppose, but it’s what helped me after I lost my brother.

I take care of my 91 year old Father with dementia. I take care of him 7 nights a week and then my sister is on for a week. We've been doing this for 3 years. I'm having lots of problems with caregiver burn out. He doesn't like strangers he gets very agitated around new people so we can't get much help. I just feel like a heavy weight is on me . I can't not take care of him because the guilt would be just as bad or worse. I ask my guides to help me thru with patience and strength Thanks Mary Ann

I took care of my mother who had Alzheimer’s disease until the stress made me quite ill. My mother was a sundowner so was up and into things at night, affording me little sleep. My sister stayed with her ONE weekend, while I went to my daughter’s college graduation, and told me to put her into a nursing home because she wasn’t doing it again. I missed my daughter’s wedding in another state because no one would stay with her! My marriage was in trouble and so was my relationships with my children. I was being held hostage by guilt.. I was forced, for health reasons, to put my mother in a nursing home where she lived quite well for over seven years, passing at age 92. I visited her daily and made sure she was treated well. I have no regrets. Best wishes.

@@kathieann5936 you did more than you should have, but wanted to say that if you did want to communicate with your mom now that she’s in the spirit world, you could find comfort and closure. She is healthy, happy and at the age she chooses to be in the afterlife with her ancestors and family members who have passed as well as animal family members. Sending out love, blessings and light.

@@juneschock9551 ... I, too, was saved by my medium daughter and one of her medium friends, after my younger daughter committed suicide. I was so depressed that I didn’t want to live either. The readings were far more helpful than the antidepressant I was taking. Hearing from a loved one, who tells you things only you could know, makes a world of difference.

I feel like I am ascending. A series of events since this entering the age of Aquarius has certainly emboldened me. Physically, oddly, I do feel more self confidence. I do find myself connecting to folks in more positive ways. And I am connecting to more and more folks which is surprising me as I’ve always been an introvert. Sure, I have uncertainty on some things and finding I don’t immediately understand why something is occurring but my inner self is becoming more and more at peace within. I have learned that I just need to wait, be open, and the answer appears. We get the answers when the time is when the answer is ready to arrive. This is partly, I think, the universe waiting until I am ready to receive that answer. At the same time, a new chapter is starting. I am unsure of the outcome and I have planned this for a long time but I find myself feeling the plan will be in place but may be quite different from what I think it will be. It’s odd but I am feeling I am on the urge of tremendous success but won’t realize it until I’m in the middle of it and then I will get that “aha!” moment when I least expect it. So I am moving forward and just continue on. Of course I am both excited and scared yet calm and relaxed about the coming next phase of my life. I just need to have a bit of time to let the past toxicity evaporate sort of how the former guy has evaporated from my daily life. As always MaryAnne is always on point. We are strangers that have found a path we are walking together for a time. And isn’t that truly spirit talking to both of us? MaryAnne is like those orbs she gets during her readings, she’s one of my orbs communicating what I need in my life at this point in time. Simply amazing. Thank you.

Like other ascendent masters, ascension is the ability to get your body to vibrate at a higher level, by using prayer and diet. You control your body so that it can literally disassemble your bodies molecular structure and travel to areas you can't if you had a body. You can also assemble a body over a period of time also. Ascendent masters move beyond time and can come and go at will and their lifetime is really long when in body. Lots of stories in India about those people that have reached that level.

Thank you. Everyone has their own ideas regarding ascension. Some call it Spiritual yet deny the religion aspect of it. The best way to describe the requirements is the Sermon on the Mount or the Proverbs. Every religion has its own way, none are wrong since there are many paths and we will each reach the intended destination...and no human knows it actual name, for its above Keter or the Crown Chakra.
