i start spinning my mouse around. friend joins me, spinning his mouse around too. after a while more people join, and eventually we had about 20 people spinning their mouse. and then i puked.

This game was my only friend at one time, ever since I was still playing flash games on websites. God I miss this

Listening to this again after so many years makes me happy yet also sad. I have put many hours of my life into spiral knights since it's release date. I would spend most of my days running around haven, making friends and doing quests for crowns. I must have played this game around 2000 hours as I literally owned every item in the game, yes I also invested a lot of money into the game as well. But then the game just sadly became repetitive, I ran out of things to do, my friends started quitting and the game all of a sudden lost its enjoyment. The quests became repetitive, the community started to die and I soon ended up losing interest in the game itself. I tried to play this game again but it will never be the same as it use to be. I had so many great and amazing memories playing this game which i'll never forgot. If i could turn back time to when this game was released I would be more than happy to do it all over again, goodbye Spiral Knights, you will be forever missed. :)

awww man reading everyone's comments and listening to this song almost makes me cry. I love spiral knights it was my childhood game I made great friends and had amazing times... I wish I could go back in time just once.. I will always love Spiral Knights. if you're still out there spiroclone (my best mate on SK) we had some great memories :)

a little helicopter bird told me that the game's code has possibly updated to withstand 1-3 more star gears... 6-8 possibly. It could revive the game as we know it...so they say...

Listening to this while in an empty server kinda makes me sad a bit. I remember many people used to gather around the auction house and chill out with their friends, or even walking around aimlessly. But now no one's there anymore :c

But... I played it like a week ago and there was quite a lot of people playing.

The game is still alive, but only at certain times of the day... Sometimes I go to Haven and the whole place is crowded with players, but sometimes its empty

every now and then while hearing this song, I just start wishing I could live in haven.

Listening to this brings back so many good memories. I never would've thought that this game would mean so much to me. I miss playing with old friends, playing LockDown, having fun and most of all, the community. The everyone starting quitting, even The Jempire fell and died. It was a fun 4 years of playing, I'll never forget Spiral Knights

+Noah Tablit Oh, they fell? I've played "a bit" as well, it's such a shame that this game had to suffer so much from the Free to Play Concept and Three Rings, the assets and core idea of this game are beautiful, and just look at the original Alpha Trailer and how good it could've been.

Hmm, the game is really different now. It's fully F2P now. A lot of newcomers came back since quarantine and I wish you could try this masterpiece one more time?

I remember playing this game with a good friend named Tay on warm summer nights. I had no idea how to play effectively but loved relaxing and following her around as she carried me through content and shoved gear at me. I tried my hardest and enjoyed every comfy second of those elevator rides. Maybe one day she’ll find herself here too.

Makes Me Smile For Some Reason...

This song makes me feel the way that all the old Earthbound ost's would make me feel and that's why I love this theme so much. It just feels so homely and so welcoming that it just makes anyone happy.

I'll climb aboard the nostalgia train. I had over 2,000 hours in SK, many, many of them spent dicking around in Haven with my friends. Good times.

Combining 8-bit with a full orchestra is beautiful and brilliantly done here! It's like they took a tune from Pokemon RBY and meshed it with one of the newer Zelda games. Though, most of the soundtrack inexplicably reminds me of the 'Tales of' series... Dunno why.

This music is so nostalgic. I've been playing this game for about 7 years now, but it got kind of boring. My best friends started quitting the game and stuff, so i don't play it that much anymore.

you, my friend, are so right. other things to add on to that: -spring: flowers all over the place, snipes sometimes emmit hearts when near some others (mating), a few tiny piles of still to be melted snow here and there. -summer: cherry leaves in the wind, bright sunlight from above. -fall: rakes to make piles of leaves. less snipes than usual. winter: shovels to make snow forts, balls, and piles. a lot less snipes, but they have scarves, hats, and earmuffs. this would further add to SK's beauty

Reminiscing about all those hours spent at the auction house sniping all the bids and running around the fountain

Even if it isn't the same game I could've experienced years ago, I don't regret the time I spent playing Spiral Knights.

The year is 2020, I've stopped playing Spiral Knights but I don't know if that game is even available anymore now but I kept dreaming of playing this game, I miss SK then I remembered what I liked the most about this game is the game soundtrack (to be exact, the ost in Haven). Good news buddy! So a group of dev from three rings decided to keep this game alive! It's fully F2P now, and people are coming back! Just started 2 weeks ago and I already got 15 people on my friend list. I really hope you would try to play this again! I don't want this game to die..

Agreed, it is one of the few games that really limits you from playing it, seems like a reverse marketing system but I found myself wandering around haven, just listening to music or chatting with others.

Y'know what would be great? Seasons. They would change periodically, and each season would have something special. For example, in winter, you could be able to dig out snowballs from piles of snow that are everywhere and throw them, spring would bring even MORE Snipes to Haven, summer would have trees that grow all around Haven, and autumn would have little piles of leaves that you can sit in/on like benches! I think it would just add to the beauty of this game. :]

Although I was terrible at this game,(Chunkynuts was my user name,cringey I know) I still enjoyed the hell out of it. Met and played with awesome people, sometimes I wounder what they're up to.
