Spinach Roulade | Tasty and healthy appetizer

In this step by step baking tutorial we will make a spinach roll or roulade, which contains a lot of spinach and a vegetarian filling. The fillings can be varied for different tastes, and the roll can easily be made with a filling of ham or salmon, for example. The spinach roll can be prepared in advance, therefore it can be a good quick meal solution or served as an appetizer.
Ingredients for the spinach sponge base:
150 grams spinach (fresh or defrosted with liquid drained)
4 eggs room temperature
150 grams all purpose flour
1 tablespoon sugar
½ teaspoon salt
