A real nice dip there Lyle. Liking the use of the fresh spinach, way better than wringing out the frozen stuff.

Cool, artichokes i haven't tried yet. some thing i got to try! If you love! i'am bound to as well ! I had a fire at my stove, left oil in a frying pan, went took a leak, came back, and the cabinets was in blazed. i had cooking oil beside it. i didn't have time to get a fire extinguisher. I had to act and ACT FAST, so i grabbed a towel swat it out took the skillet of oil off, and finish putting it out if it been 30 sec later it would hit the gal of oil, and burned every down. he hee DON'T LEAVE THINGS COOKING ON THE STOVE and keep oils away from it > any way i was wanting to remodel the kitchen! but not that way! about made me have a heart attack. Cheers bro

This looks really good Lyle. Think a finely diced jalapeno would go good with this to add just a little zing? Thanks.
