KZread has my extended 'family'. Pasquale is my Italian Nonno, 'De Mi Rancho a Tu Cocina' is my Mexican Abuelita, 'Mama Kim' is my Korean Oma, and 'Veg Village Food' is my Indian Nani. Even though I wasn't raised in these cultures there is a universal feeling of family you get watching these channels. In this crazy world we NEED their loving vibes.

He's always choking on peppers. But he loves them. And so do I. He's so freaking happy. Wonderful.

He is soooooooo adorable. I lub when he sings as he dices and mixes. Hes my pretend Italian grandpa..and Im not even Italian.

UnicornsandUfos reminds me of my grandfather so much! His name was Pasquale too and came from Calabria but he passed away in 1996.

Thank you Pasquale! I worked for many years for an italian restaurant and spent happy hours in the kitchen learning their family recipes. It was an honor that they shared them and trusted me to cook them for their restaurant.Watching you takes me back there to that kitchen!

This is how we grew up. Our parents and our grandparents doing all the cooking, nothing ever wasted always made from scratch. Walking to school with our brown paper lunch bags with oil stains from last nights leftovers...I wouldn’t trade it for anything.... To bad the kids and families today don’t understand these values today in today’s world...I enjoy your videos they bring back lots of memories, and your recipes are very good. I raised my kids with these values. My oldest is 30 years old. He cooks and meal preps all lunches for the week on Sunday. All 4 of my kids were raised with my old fashion Português values. They all brown bag their lunches, eat breakfast and dinner at home. Unfortunately too many families prefer drive thru meals or delivered to the door. I love Pasquale videos they bring beautiful memories of my childhood growing up in the Ironbound section of Newark.

The recipe isn't vegan anyway, because it contains cheese. It is vegetarian (and a yummy recipe, I think).

Oh you know a the key ingredient to my mama's meatballs.... They make them so moist. Ricotta cheese makes all the difference. If you haven't made meatballs with ricotta, you don't know what your missing. ❤

Just made these meatless balls, wow, they were perfect. I used my own recipe sauce and added parsley and Oregano to the balls. Can’t recommend these enough. Made 16 balls, four was plenty for a serving. Thank you !

When I was a young girl I worked for a sicilian family and his american speak was a lot like yours. I enjoy your cooking videos so much ! YUM!! xoxox fan from South Jersey . I made the Eggplant Rollitini and the meatballs you did with the Meatball guy ( i tweaked his version) but boy was my family happy!!

He is not only a great chef,but also a great teacher.When I do exactly as he shows us,the dishes come out world class every time.No tricks or dissapoinments.I made 3 of his dishes so far,and my guests raved while they chewed.....yee haw!!
