I practice in Mesquite NV when visiting in-laws, there's two quarter-mile long fields that are almost always empty. Pretty constant wind during the morning and evening which can be good for practice though annoying when trying new things

Thanks for the excellent breakdown of spin putting. My push putt is worthless when the wind whips up in Texas!

Great starting points. Practice = consistently. We've been playing for 6 months and getting out a few times a week has gotten us all way better. Still have plenty of room to grow.

If I may, the best thing ever for my putting was GRINDING. Practice inside circle 1 over & over & over. After playing with a couple ideas and sticking with what's most comfy and accurate for you. Muscle memory is key

Sure that looks good. But what do you actually do with your wrist and fingers to get the spin? if you do exactly what you say without knowing what to do with the hand it just gets pushed a few meters forward

Like he said, you are using your legs to generate power so when you push off that’s how you will get the disc there. You release at waist level but continue to follow through to maintain an accurate putt. The best way to grip is a modified fan grip. You can grip all your fingers but tuck your pinky into the rim

It’s a modified power/fan grip. Middle, ring, and pinky fingers on the inner rim of the disc with the pointer finger resting below the bead.

When using a spin putt, does it matter if you use overstable v stable v understable? I current have a hybrid putting style and use the pa3 from prodigy, I notice that you have a p model s yellow for spin putts, could be us, but can’t tell. What are your thoughts?
