Which carts/tables are you using? those wheels look super handy.

I’ve rotated it up to avoid stirring up too much trub, I haven’t tried turning down. Thinking it could clog.

Thanks for the video. I’m a newbie to home brewing. Is the primary role of the ball valve to minimize risk of oxygenation when replacing the spunding valve with other gadgets?

Sure is. Ideally you would have a PRV on the fermenter before the ball valve in case you forget to open it

Curious how this worked out for you after the 24hrs carbonating. Also guessing when you close the valve and take off the carb stone you lose a little beer for what was between the valve and the carb stone.

You will probably have not reach 6 psi of pressure in your fermenter with this set up. You should correct for the wetting pressure of your carbstone
