@@UltYT You know, while I prefer the Superior MK2 suit to the Alex Ross suit, I kind of like the Superior MK1 suit more for Otto, mainly just because of the goggle lenses, but the changes to the classic suit felt more like an Otto/Peter hybrid, whereas the MK2 suit makes it fee like just an alternate costume

Stan lee voiceovers are the best part about this and the first game

The Alex Ross-red costume looks a lot like the SUPERIOR SPIDERMAN!!!!

For the curious- Apart from cheat codes, the insulated suit is unlocked during the Lizard boss battle. You must defeat him using the “secret method” instead of the usual “dart then punch and kick” to run out his health To be honest though I never got it to work; according to the guide apparently hitting him with darts 15 times without doing anything else is the secret method- but it didn’t work

15-25 times, hit him with 1 dart, wait until he recovers then hit him with another as hes walking to you. Repeat 15-25 times, if it doesn’t work the first time you may have a bugged copy of the game and will have to restart the level and try again.

@@rrishifish4874 Prodigy - Defeat 75 thugs in attack challenge mode Captain Universe, Scarlet - Beat the game two consecutive times on Normal or Hard. I think after you beat it once(after the Credits) you have to choose 'Continue' instead of 'New Game' and after you beat it the second time you'll unlock them. These are from the sites GameFAQs and Neoseeker so they could be wrong. I wouldn't know since I haven't played it in a long time, good luck!

A lot of people have pointed out the Alex Ross/Superior comparison, but I also think the Insulated Suit looks a lot like Scarlet Spider's new costume without the hood.

Fun fact the black and red Alex Ross suit was originally made as consept art for Sam Raimi's Spider-man 2002

The spidey unlimited suit actually let's you finish the game by not beating any npc, just the bosses !

I think that's giving it a bit too much praise. The costumes and gameplay were a strong point, but the story and villains weren't as memorable as the first game. Not to mention that some of the bonus content was literally recycled from the first game as well. There's also a certain lack of polish that the first game had. The sequel was rushed and it shows.

Peter Parker, Symbiote and 2099 were my favorite costumes when playing the game

zylorix It's the other way around. Superior's suit was based off of Alex Ross's design

Insulated Suit, Negative Zone, Bag Man, 2099, Scarlett Spider, and Battle Damage all reappear in Spider-Man PS4. Come to think of it, so does Stan Lee.

I always found it weird that the Insulated Suit never granted invincibility against electrical attacks or make you take less damage from said attacks, despite its description saying otherwise...

I miss Stan Lee

Wow the spider phoenix suit has only appeared once and in one panel and it appeared like at least three years before this game. It’s like the old version of that one secret wars suit 😂

Yes, it's the sequel to Spider-Man (2000), that's why it's called Spider-Man 2. Unfortunately though, it wasn't developed by Neversoft, like the original 2000 game was.
