The boss fights improved massively from the first game

I was thinking this the whole time. As much as I love the first game, the bosses were pretty much just "Stun boss, punch a few times, retreat and repeat." These bosses allow you to utilize your whole kit and approach them in different ways, and while they can resist some stuff it's far from unfair and doesn't deprive you of options too much.

They nailed the bosses. I have no complaints other than some boss fights were tooo long. And I’m kinda disappointed they didn’t do Peter and Miles vs Venom together.

Why Kraven look so ✨S M O L✨ with Venom

One thing i adore about this and SpiderVerse is the relationship between Miles and Peter. Its on its way to becoming a classic partnership the way these two are going the relationship in this game is amazing

I like how the symbiote is portrayed on Peter. He couldn’t take control of his emotions and was struggling against the symbiote mentally and physically. He began to fight like a berserker, which I believe was why he failed to reach MJ and failed to defeat Miles. Also, Peter’s such a badass (especially when he’s trying to break out of the trap), and Yuri’s voice acting is literally a 10/10 (when he screams in agony from the irritating sounds in the game, it’s bone-chilling). Kind of a rare opinion but Kraven was my favorite boss!

Literally every boss in this game is EPIC. They started off epic with Sandman and ended it with Venom. Mysterio is my favourite one. His costume is akin to Shattered Dimensions (my favourite Spidrman game) and he reminds me of Mad Hatter/Scarecrow from the Batman Arkham series (my other favourite superhero series)

Tbh he kinda does His abilities are op but he's stupid and doesnt do anything impressive with his sand abilities

I hope they put more villains they didn't include here. Like Chameleon, Carnage, Green Goblin, Hydro-Man, Alistair Smythe, Big Wheel, Molten Man, Cyclone, Jackal, Vermin, Beetle, Silvermane, Grizzly, Morbius, Hobgoblin, Spot, and Riot.

Such amazing cinematic-like boss fights, the transition between scenes, angles and situations is beautifully crafted, this feels so inmmersive, like a movie

I know It'll take like 20 years but when PS Spiderman 3 comes out I know for a fact Green Goblin is going to be great

Considering the secret ending we might be getting Silk in that game to, but they appear to have ditched the original story which makes me wonder how she will relate to the Spider-men. Also I hope that Venom, Scream and the other symbiotes make an appearance too. Hopefully not as enemies or at least not the big bads. I wonder if Spider-girl, Spider Woman and Spider Gwen will show up in a future game.

3:35 What a way to start this game with an epic boss fight like these one. Considering that Sandman is one of the best Spiderman villains out there, and personally he is my main favorite one. I'm so glad he's in this game. The graphics on the sand particles and the way how Sandman uses his powers are amazing.

am i the only person who’s favorite boss was mister negative? i loved how he went inside miles head and it felt one of the most emotional moments in the game too

My favorite boss was Peter vs Scream (mentally controlled MJ) I was impressed the first time when she had her powers (although I never imagined she would become a villain) and also when Peter apologized for all the harm he did to her when he was controlled by Venom.

That fight was a lot of fun. Also just soul wrenching hearing them going through couples therapy during the fight.

I love that the villains in the sequel are much more powerful like Sandman, Lizard, and of course Venom, showing that things are escalating to match 2 spidermen on the scene. Great sequel.

Wraith boss fight is my favorite so far, I was getting my ass whooped at first but then I learned her move set, and got better, felt like I had spidey senses dodging and parrying all her attacks.

i lost to her wraith like 4 times in a row, then on her last health bar where she blurs your vision my game got bugged and she turned blurry and kept dodging or some crap and couldn't attack right so i decided to beat her like that😂

Being's Mary Jane had been transformed into "Scream" by Venom in the main campaign, I think it's well within the realm of possibility that Wraith will be transformed into "Agony" by Carnage in future DLC. Afterall, Mary Jane shared the same color pallet as Scream prior to her transformation. So, it stands to reason that Wraith's purple attire, and story-driven ties to Cletus Cassidy all but confirms her transformation into the purple symbiote by Carnage's hand somewhere down the line.

@@furutanimura35 same here. From what I can tell by his recording, he basically wore an electric proof suit and just had a fist fight with him. Calling Electro the weakest member is just wild to me, he’s always been known as one of Spidey’s toughest villains to beat.

For those don’t know who Cindy Moon is in the secret ending, she’s essentially spider woman except she doesn’t get super strength like spiderman. She is known as “Silk” in the comics and has an intense romantic relationship with Peter Parker due to her spider DNA.

​@@TheScooterson118 Well, in the comics she got her powers when she was young and was held in captivity for years until Peter gained the knowledge of her existence. Also Cindy and Peter don't immediately jump into intimacy, Cindy was angry at something and runs off. Peter chases her around the city while both were feeling as though their spider senses are going crazy, which led to the relationship. They could've easily changed the story to fit Miles instead of Peter, but honestly I don't know lol.

If they were to do a 3 part episodic dlc again I’d say carnage would be the perfect fit, being how this game deals with the symbiotes and all, imo it’s more fitting

The ending ngl reminded me of ancient gods part 2 kinda(in a good way), Both venom and the dark lord were the leaders of their kind When dark lord died, the demons disintergated in game When venom died, the symbiotes reverted to human.
