It's wild how all of these look insanely better when they're on the PS1 models

I miss this game and it's aesthetics so much. Web of Shadows is the most recent one that shares some of the spirit of this one, but it doesn't have the same feeling of crispness and completion. But I'm really tired of all the Hollywood movie vibes, especially the music. Too much of a good thing at this point. I just want the comic book and the 90s animated feel.

I sure loved paying 70 damn dollars for Spider-Man 2, a game in development for five entire years, for it to have bad writing, rip off the plot of Web of Shadows, and be buggy as hell. Sure was great.

The PC version already had these textures though. I still have my original disc copy for PC and it has the updated textures by default.

@@HOTD108_ Yes, both the Dreamcast and PC versions already use these textures. It’s just nice to also have them available on the PS1 version as well.

Incredible work! I'm blown away, how did you even manage to make this? Other than black cat i prefer the ps1 textures over the pc ones, but man that pc spider-man model looks good when the lenses aren't 200ft apart, glad you fixed that.

I want to watch the suits modded. This work is pure art. Sure it looks like a definitive edition now, the way this should be released back then. And the most fascinating fact is that everything is running on the original engine. PC and Dreamcast improved too much the graphics and sounds for my taste.

It's a really good job ! But ... Something is strange about Venom's mouth [04:10] ; maybe remove the gums has not a good idea 🤔

Didn't know there was a Dreamcast port for the longest time. Not that it mattered as I *never* saw the console anywhere as a kid. Just a few ads in magazines my Aunt had.

Dr Otto Octavius, Venom, Doc Ock, Carnage, Monster Ock the most unusual in the way they look, due to differences in models, it would be nice if such textures were actually originally made in the Ps version.

Ok we need these textures (PC/ Dreamcast) reused for the returning characters in Enter Electro. For example Spidey (duh), his alternate costumes from the first game including Peter Parker and Lizard.

So cool!

I'd guess maybe he was a late addition to the game and they didnt have him record a line for him in time.

the whole point is that they're back ported into the original version.

Tell me how did you do this do you have to put a copy of the game in a computer in order to put these modifications on it?
