Further proof Sony needs to stick to electronics and stop trying to make superhero movies.

So you know- That "lawyer" from the beginning that caught the brick is Matt Murdock, or Daredevil, another Marvel super hero. He is blind and uses his other senses to fight. That's how he was able to catch the brick. He is from the Netflix Marvel shows- which are way more mature and graphic than the movies themselves. Him being in the movie was just as much a cameo as the rest of the Spidermen for the majority of us!

Seeing the 3 spider men together for the first time was a great experience.

Wait until Leo learns Willem DaFoe, at his old age, did ALL of his own stunts in this movie. What a fucking badass

The ending to this movie is more significant than a lot of people think. The Red and Blue suit is very close to the classic suit in the comic books. The scene takes place in December 2024 and MCU Peter's birthday is August 10, which would make him an 18 year old man and he has a lot of responsibilities like rent and going after crimes in New York. The spell that wiped memories of Peter worked on the people who were still alive and around on the planet, it did not affect Tobey and Andrew's Peter, but after they left Peter bascially now has nobody. But Peter continues to be Spider-Man and this is the closest Tom Holland's Spider-man has ever been to being THAT accurate Spider-Man from the comics. The whole Trilogy was an arc for him leading to this point.

Really glad they didn't do the Spider-Man origin story for a third time with Tom Holland's movies but what would have been cool is if they made a couple short flashback scenes, like where Peter got bit if there's no OsCorp in the MCU and a flash of MCU Uncle Ben, it would have been awesome if they could have got Joe Pesci to do a cameo as Uncle Ben 😂

A couple details that are easy to miss on first viewing during the ending is Peter's got a GED book. He needs to test again for his high school diploma since Peter Parker's no longer on their records. Also, he sewed himself that shiny new Spider-Man suit because the Tony Stark suit no longer recognizes him. The spell doesn't just effect memories, it either completely removes Peter Parker out of anything like video, pictures, etc. or makes it so people just recognized it as Spider-Man in the moment. I can see why Wong would be so leery about using such chaotic magic because its got that Monkey's Paw potential for consequences.

I really love that they paid respect to all 3 Spidermen here. Andrew Garfield's version got to redeem himself and Tobey's got to right some of the regrets he's had for years. That brief interaction with a lucid Octavius with the Raimi trilogy theme playing legit almost brought me to tears in the movie theatre I also love the detail that Tobey's Peter knew to go for the wrist against Andrew's because he's the only one who's fought someone with similar powers to his own.

When Andrew and Tobey appeared in the movie the theater went NUTS! They hadn't been doing promos for this movie, but they were out for other things and any time anyone would ask them about it they wouldn't say anything. The trailers all showed us the villains, so we all hoped they would be in the movie, but it was amazing when it happened. This is definitely my favorite Spiderman movie of all time.

When I saw this movie, I came to a drastic realization: Willem Dafoe can STILL scare the hell out of me with the way he can portray a split personality so well.

I think it’s weird that he was told not to watch the venom movies because he would probably want to get to them anyways and it would at least help him get more excited about, or understand/get the proper experience of the post credits scene better

This movie was a Spider-Man fans dream come true. So much about this one I could gush about, I was so happy to see them all on screen together. Across the Spider-Verse I can’t wait to see your reaction to!

Your face when Andrew showed up was awesome! Also nice to see i wasnt the only one who didnt recognize Daredevil. The whole theater was yelling when he showed up & I was like "who's this guy?" 🤔

I feel like a fool. Spent so much time helping to make sure Leo watched the other Spider-Man films, I forgot all about Season 1 (at least) of Daredevil.

This movie was done perfectly. Such nostalgia watching this in theaters.

If you pay attention at the end, there's hints as to how the spell actually worked. It wiped out all trace of Peter's existence completely... so... the video footage of Mysterio outing him.. deleted.. his school transcripts, birth certificate, all that... gone. That's why he's got books in his apartment at the end to study for his GED. Because he no longer is technically a high school graduate. All that the world has any memory of is when he was costumed as Spider-Man.

So I know a lot of people didn't like the Spiderman Comic called One More Day, but the fact that the main plot of this movie is basically based on that comic, and they managed to make people like it, shows me that it could work very well, and it makes me excited for what they will do with Spiderman in the future

Peter sacrificing his happiness to keep the people he cares for safe is not the same as making a deal with the devil and sacrificing his marriage to save his 80+ year old aunt who likely won't last a few more years. This Peter can restart his relationships whenever he wants. Comic Peter made a magical contract that for all he knew at the time could never be undone.

I really liked how "we got the band back together" mentality. Very entertaining and love seeing the characters i grew up with in action.

I saw Spider-Man No Way Home in the movie theater. It was so awesome. We went crazy in the theater.

The two spidermans ganging up on Tobey Maguire's Spider-Man is amazing 😂 little inside jokes like that are grade A, because in the comics the original Peter Parker had to create his own webs & webshooters just like the other two spideys. Tobey Maguire's Spider-Man took a slightly different route which is still amazing and is still some of my favorite films it's just not correct but the fact that the other two are so curious on how it works & how he produces it is amazing 😂

Organic webbing isn't OG 45:28, webshooters were used in the first spider-man comic, organic webbing came later in comics that take place out of the main Marvel universe.

Green Goblin is what happens when all of Norman's questionable traits are pushed to their extreme. But Norman IS a mildly decent person. when it comes to science and technology he can actually be very friendly and interested in other people; BUT there's a sense of self importance that Norman has that clouds all that. I'd say that Norman most closely resembles Lex Luthor. He's more than happy to help humanity, BUT he wants to be recognized for doing it. In the movie All Star Superman Luthor gets ALL of Superman's Powers and talks about "saving the World" and superman says, "If you REALLY wanted to save the World Lex, you could have done that YEARS ago."

While I understand people would have loved to hear TASM2's theme by Hans Zimmer, I'm glad they used TASM1's theme by the late James Horner. Also, I'm glad that they changed Andrew's Spidey to feel more remorseful as opposed to the hopeful ending of TASM2 given he just lost Gwen at that point piling up even more of his guilt as it's not easy to recover from. Either way, this was truly an experience watching this in theaters after so many years and a couple decades growing up with both Spidey's and with Holland's!

@@yawdaorb In other words, the Netflix team were doing their own thing with it, and the Disney/Marvel higher-ups have done nothing but distance themselves and treat it like an unwelcome outsider project to be revamped and replaced rather than something worth continuing as-is with the same tone and quality. Rather than being a flagpole of their Disney+ lineup, because it's Netflix and a serious tone they've buried it, only to bring it back as a hollow parody of itself. It may be Marvel, but it's not _this_ Marvel.

It was made and produced by Marvel Television in association with ABC studios. It is a MARVEL show whether you want it to be or not. As for it being a continuation of the Netflix series, a straight continuation wouldn't make sense since more than 6 years have passed in the MCU since the end of the DD Netflix show. Matt either got snapped and missed 5 years or a lot of people he knew got snapped and those relationships ended for 5 years, but either way, the world of the MCU is a very different place now to the world that the MCU that the Netflix series took place in.

Just to let you know, you should watch the X-Men movies before you watch Doctor Strange in the multiverse of madness, it'll help make some stuff make a bit more sense :) and Matt Murdock, Peter's lawyer is a superhero named Daredevil

In theater premier night, this was only the first time during this movie I stood up clapping along with rest of crowd. Wish you’d of known. That was a HUGE moment before the other SpiderMen

You made it apparent about during ordinal Spider-Man 2 “my back!” But in this when Tony said “my back” or goblin “I’m something of a scientist myself” after you’ve seen these movies so quick you had not remembered, I was sad. ………however!!!!… before comments hate me, this low key shows me, maybe other channels I’ve seen react actually looked up moments beforehand to react “extra” and I know for fact yours is legit. The point of a reaction is to appreciate the differences in how people see things. This is the reaction of someone who didn't grow up with the memes and that's good to know.

Great movie and great reaction Leo! For everyone who says, skip Venom, this is exactly why you shouldn't. "Who was that?" It didn't hit the way it was supposed to. Venom 1 was great and part 2 had it's moments but could've been better of course. I would disagree with skipping but it's all good. Leo still watch Venom, you'll love the character. There's more movies, Dr Strange And Multiverse of Madness is next.

Still can't believe how amazing this movie was seeing the three spiderman here

This movie was incredible. I had to ride a wrecked bike across Tucson but it was worth it. It's a great watch, but the only thing that could have made this a 10/10 for me would have been if it ended with Vindicated from Spiderman 2 playing over the credits. In additional to fitting each of the Spidermans coming into their own and seeing things right, it also fits the actors. Tobey proved he's still got it after the flack the trilogy has gotten, Andrew didn't get a fair shot and got to complete his character's arc, and Tom got to prove he's not diet Tony Stark. The actors and their characters really are vindicated after everything they seen and done.
