This isn't Miles's greatest failure, this is him finally breaking down after being strong for too long. Miles has been through a lot in the past two runs and the fact that he's gone on this long before having a breakdown due to the trauma he's suffered, speaks to his inner willpower and strength. I'm still sad that it happened to him and that he suffering from severe trauma, but this isn't a failure on his part, it's an event that's letting him know that it's time to get some therapy.
