Redcoat Dels Barely a swinging sequence, he was in a suburb and had to run / jump across houses. Far From Home had about 2 minutes of swinging

In terms of action, yes, those films were absolutely flawless. (They’re shitty movies though) The only action scene in the MCU Spider-Man movies that comes close to anything in the TASM films is the final battle in Far From Home.

I can't stop replaying from 7:55 when he jumps from the fire escape to swinging from the side of the building to that insanely contorted pose in front of the spotlight from the helicopter. Pretty sure I've watched it like 50 times!! Everything from the FPS view to the music to the sharp, gun shot-like sound of his web shooter!! Love it, love it, love it!!

The Amazing Spiderman has the best swinging scenes in my opinion. They are so good

I love how each character swinging differently symbolizes their personality. Tobey’s swings are more slow paced, less stylish, and more slow and practical, showing how he was written to be in his trilogy. Andrew Garfield’s swings are more stylish, they have more flair to them, and he swings with more tricks and cool maneuvers, showing his character as a cool science nerd that isn’t a total loser like Tobey’s Peter. Tom’s swings are more fast paced, energetic, and use much more quick movement, showing his energy and optimism to aspire to his heroes. I am probably over analyzing but I just find it neat.

@@_Lomki So what? Tobey fans all give actual meaningful reasons for why they like Tobey other than just because he's "the first". Andrew's fans are all just about action and special effects scenes that indeed were better (they totally have to tho, since we're talking about newer movies with better tech). Tobey scenes, swinging or action wise, were amazing for the time they have came into the world and still are to this day. Gladly they're not the only reason why those movies are considered so good.

When I was a kid and I watched Spider-Man, I never really appreciated the depth of his character. I only liked his powers and his costume. But now that I’ve grown up, I now truly see the depth of his character and how awesome if a superhero he is (I always thought he was awesome) because of how different he is to other superheroes. He’s a kid who gained spider abilities and uses those powers to defend the good and defeat evil. Other superheroes are fully grown adults. That’s what I find so awesome about Spider-Man. He never gives up and always defends the innocent.

TASM2 was definently the peak of spiderman VFX, they absolutely nailed the physics and weight of spiderman and it 100% holds up almost a decade later

After No Way Home, I love seeing how they incorporated some of their signature swing styles into the film. Andrew and his pull and release is so dope, Tobey's practical, straightforward finesse, and Tom's balanced, techy gliding supported swings are so fun to watch.

Homecoming had no scenes like this :(

I don’t care what you think about TASM2 but that opening scene was dope af

I love how differently Peter swings with the black suit on compared to how he normally swings. Normal Peter swings with more of a graceful form and is higher up in the air, whereas with the black suit his form is more aggressive, he swings lower, and he does more tricks, as if the power gets to him and makes him want to show off.

*Unpopular opinion* Andrew Garfield’s amazing spider man suit is one of my favourites and I love the swinging with GoPro and slow mo and his movements just lovely Too bad they had to mess up the character of peter and then mess up the amazing spider man 2’s story so much

hands down, best swinging is in Amazing spider-man.

I personally loved the first person swinging scenes in TASM because it gave you a little glimpse of how swinging feels like.

Each Spidey has his unique style and I love it, sad we didn't see them swinging together through the city in NWH. And their styles also represent each Spidey's unique personality. I like the story and plot of Tobey's spiderman. I also love the action, music, suit, web swinging of TASM 1&2. It's pure badass, it's unbeatable.

One of the most awe-inspiring things that the original trilogy did that no other iteration of Spider-Man has ever put on screen would be excellent sound design, from the music, the impactful focus on moments of glory, to the almost horror-esque level of detail whenever something goes drastically wrong.

Also missing the final swings from the first 2 Spider-man movies, the swings in the montage from the first movie, the second swing fail from the the second movie and the swing in his vigilante costume from the Amazing Spider-man. Oh and a couple form the Homecoming trailers as well as him swinging into the line up in Civil War.

Amazing spider-man 1 and 2 web swinging is like the ps4 spider-man game.

@@MOH-ph3qm yep almost all of it was inspired by the movie and I absolutely loved it, watching tasm as a kid I always wanted to swing like him and insomniac made that possible, I platinumed the game multiple times and I gotta say it’s one of my favorite ps4 games of all time.

I love Andrew’s Spidey’s swing style, he favors massive length webs for swinging huge distances in a single shot, really getting the maximum usage out of each one.

The amazing spiderman 2 has the best swinging scene

Galaxin rax, plenty of windows, hit one with a thread - fall. If you ever was on some high rooftop - the wind is really strong at such height, the web would be blown off often. It makes it even harder to stick it to the buildings, maybe only on short distance. Streets are quite wide so you have to swing far from one wall to another to avoid collision, Aiming impossible, webshooting unpredictable, death inevitable.

Damn! Andrew's Spidey does so many things like an actual spider! And the amazing Spider-Man series highlights all the Parkour-swinging stuffs so good! The fight with electro where he actually climbs his webs is so damn awesome! Really man he deserves another movie and we deserve all these awesomeness once more!!!!!!

Toby Maguire's Spider-Mans swinging was like experienced and majestic. Andrew Garfield's Spider-Mans swinging was quick and crafty.He used both hands webs to change directions quickly. Tom Holland's Spider-Mans swinging A bit childish but with a hint of craftiness. Lookin forward to Home Coming.

Too bad Homecoming didn't have great scenes like this :(

It was the coolest Spiderman movie, the swinging scenes and fight scenes. Only if they didn't ended it that way

I don't care what anyone says, Andrew was the best Spider-Man. Only thing that makes the second movie bad is the writing. Andrew himself did an AMAZING job at playing a comic accurate Spider-Man. Not to mention the suit from the first movie and the swinging in both are just visually stunning.

One thing that the Amazing Spider-Man series did right were their swinging scenes. Absolutely incredible!
