Dude this movie would have been badass. Imagine spiderman taking down 2 cars in a row. We've never seen the character do that before.

@@officialEthanharmerHC indeed, Sony fortunately for us Spidey fans is losing tons of money. Even after the PS4 media takeoff they had in 2020(which they also co-own) eventually we will get what we want but we must not forget who Sony really is when they showed their true face to the fans.

Sin duda, no habría estado al nivel de la trilogía. Siento que si no hay una buena historia en profundidad, con motivaciones de cada personaje, y si sólo son enemigos peleando contra Spiderman, simplemente sería más de lo mismo. Aún así, la habría visto y habría esperado la próxima.

Son los bocetos obvio que no van a mostrar detalladamnete el villano se iba a explicar en la pelicula tu crees que el buitre seria un fugitivo de la justicia asi por que si no iban a mostrar por que sus alas de buitre y por que esta peleando contra spiderman y de seguro es algo que ver con su hija felicia hardy quizas nunca sabremos las motivaciones del buitre de sam raimi para ser un villano. Pero eso si no hables por hablar.

I’d expect something along the storyline where Spiderman becomes an actual spider but since Disney owns the rights not sure if we’re getting a “Wes Cravens- New Nightmare” version of Spiderman. Which was already basically..Raimi?

@@Gavin53zaneFirst, just gonna state that I’m pretty critical of Spiderman because I love the character and what I see for the character and I absolutely love the effort and attention to detail in terms of the Writing and Direction but the cast brings up some questions. 1. Not sure if Michael J. Fox has the range to do some of the acting Toby did. (In Spiderman 1, Toby did not have a stunt double in the fights and could do front, backflips). 2. Not sure how they would set up the Miles Morales thing and what comic it would be based off? Unless you’re assuming they copy the plot of the video game. 3. I actually quite like the Tommy Lee cast for Captain Stacy. Yet, I also think he’d fit the role already set in Raimiverse. 4. Sharon Stone was mighty fine for a singular role for Spiderman one Filmed in 2000 yet, taking trilogy into account by 2006-7 Spiderman 3 she would’ve looked like she aged 20 years. Love the woman but she would’ve been too old for the role. 5. Jack Nicholson would not fit as a Green Goblin. Not sure if you can pull of the whole Superhuman Strength Enhancing Smoke body with Jack especially in 2002. He’d fit the role of Doc Ock if he could somehow pull off role of sincere,honest, photo-molecular, scientific mind. Lmfaoo 5. Johnny Depp is a little odd. Not that he wouldn’t look good in a suit telling Peter MJ’s kisses taste like strawberries but to have him actually fist-fight in scenes probably would not work. 6. Winona Ryder probably has a better chance at being MJ or Ursula, she’s a beautiful woman as well and fits a best friend role rather than a leading lady. Remember though, it’s law MJ’s aren’t really the uh..different . type. Yanno? Even the Russo bros made MJ the Prom Queen in their rendition. I really get Ursula vibes from her though. 6. I could definitely see the Robbie Robertson cast. Ernie has a history with Fantasy//Horror movies and would fit even in a Raimiverse much like the Tommy Lee Cast. 7. Robyn Lively would be PERFECT for MJ’s mother. Maybe even a pre introduction to the story as Peter’s Mom dropping him off with his Aunt Uncle. 8. Not sure about the rest of the Casts but they seem like you threw a Dart and said possibly? Yet I’d say, address every main story character and villain one at a time and make sure you’d add detail on how why they fit into plot, make it work and make it good. Overall, Casting could definitely use some work but wouldn’t be the most impossible piece of work to just simply CREATE. Yet, Sony, Die hard Fans sorta like myself, Marvel, Russo’s, Avi Ahrad..do not make it that simple. If Raimi was able to make a simple masterpiece that ONLY HE could control. We would’ve had that satisfying Spiderman movie, regardless of director. Movies are a stressful cycle if different voices want control.
