I came into the review thinking to myself “he better talk about the quick fire gadgets” lol I was not disappointed 😅

Great video but they did improve stealth. The line web thing was made to cross above enemies.

There’s web line, the fact u can take two people out at once, tbh that’s about it and plus you’re Spider-Man u hv 0 reason to stealth unless it’s a hostage situation, u can literally dodge bullets, it makes sense for Batman since he’s only human and bullets will still do a number on him but Peter can dodge them easily

One thing that I don’t agree with is the stealth. Admittedly, they added only two things to improve it, but it’s still something and not nothing like you’ve been saying. Other than that, absolutely agree on everything! P.S.: I know there’s someone going to comment about the Arkham games. These two games function COMPLETELY different and should not be compared. The one thing they have in common is that they have a Takedown button. That’s mainly it.

I agree that stealth is the weakest part, but they did add new stuff. You had the webline and the double stealth takedown. Not to mention they added ceiling and wall takedowns to Peter’s moveset. Since only Miles could do them before. I also felt like the enemy AI was much better. Since I’ve had multiple times, where they looked up to me, if I was on a lower vantage point With how much the game improved everything else, I definitely agree they could have done more with stealth, but they at least changed a couple things

I mean stealth did have some features with the hunters like if they see enemies webbed up on perches they'll look up more often, buddy up with seeing a man down, and they will form a group if they're done to 4 guys left, the Talon drones patrolling on perches, the addition of the web line etc.

This game is definite 9/10 for me Can’t wait the next game or possibly some future dlc? Also I’m surprised that they introduced cindy moon in the post credit scene I thought for sure the next spider person they were going to introduce would’ve been one of peter’s clones

i didn't know who cindy moon was and i honestly didn't think they were gonna bring more spider people. i hope she has some special powers like miles' electricity and pete's antivenom/spider arms

the did improve stealth, web lines as perches improved it massively

Pretty sure the main issue with spider man and stealth is that spider man isn’t really in danger of guns

Hi there :) i don't know if you accept any video requests but i need to talk about this one since i have been thinking about this idea for a few days as i am playing Arkham City once again. So as we know, every single of the games in the series takes place in a single night. But considering that the events in the game would be completed at an 100% if the events unfolded in real time, it is really hard for Batman to save the day before the sun rises up again. Speedrunners of course can manage to do 100% runs way below the 8-9 hour mark, but the runs that are made do not resemble how long it would take in real life since factors such as glitches and cutscene skips are permitted. Which means that no one knows if it is possible to finish them if it were to happen in real life, and i think it would be a fun challange to find out if it is in fact possible. So although these numbers are highly up for debate, according to the series fandom page Arkham Origins takes place in 24th of December 1988. If we assume that the real life comparision of Gotham City is New york City, this makes the night in origins 14,40 hours. Arkham asylum is said to take place in July 1997(?) so it is 9,37 hours. Arkham City seems to be 21th of December 1997 so the night is 14,41 hours, but quite some of that time is spent before the game since the talk which Bruce Wayne gives about the adverse effects of Arkham City supposedly takes place in the same night we begin to play him as Batman and most of the main story is spent under the "10 hour" window as Hugo Strange announces it. And since Arkham Knight takes place 9 months after Arkham City it is approximately 12,30 hours. General Rules: -100% (all main/side missions in the campaign) -No glitches -No cutscene skips -No skipping audio/video conversations -New game (No NG+ since Batman finds new gadgets as a part of the story) Arkham Origins: -Fast travels are permitted Arkham City: -Catwoman sections are not included (as the catowman arks goes on at the same time with Batman) Arkham Knight: -Countdown starts after the scarecrow attack, preferably with the bat signal in the intro (since the City is not evacuated at the same day) -Season of Infamy missions are included I may have missed some details but this is the general picture. I really like your channel and i think it would be really fun to watch if a video can be made about this.

A few questions: What do you think of Miles's Evoluted Suit he gets in the third act? Would you make a faction ranking video for Spider-Man 2 PS5 like you did with Arkham? What do you think would be good improvements for the stealth going forward?

Wow, one thing, it's irrelevant, and a bad change anyway.

I've mentioned this in other videos but I don't think Carnage is going to be a major character in either Spider-Man 3 or any spin-off game. More likely he'll be the main villain in the upcoming DLC which is more then likely going to be a full on Expansion Pack that will Expanded the map in the city, give you new suits, suit tech, skills and abilities. The DLC will likely be a loose adaptation of Maximum Carnage with the focus being Peter and Carnage battling for Wraith's solo (metaphorically) which Peter wins. Also, I get the feeling that Cindy will be tied to Norman to help set up for her conflict with him alongside Peter and Miles most likely with something relating to her mom (she'll either have been a victim of Devil's Breath or be one of the people killed During Carnage's rampage). She'll also get bit by one of Norman's spiders that he is still working on for the G-Serum which is how she gets her powers. Also we'll be getting a Silk spin-off game to help set up her supporting cast, her relationship with JJJ and most importantly show her as a hero on par with Peter and Miles before SM3 roles around. SM3 will also be mainly Peter's story given all the set up in 1 and 2 but the focus will be shared equally between the 3 Spider-Heroes. My guess is Otto will escape from Prison and will enlist a new Sinister Six but will include some lesser know villains (most likely including the Beetle) and the Rhino (who has not been canonically killed yet). The heroes focus is trying to find a way to save Harry which is complicated by the actions the TS6 and in the end, they fail. Harry dies and Norman becomes the Green Goblin to get revenge on our heroes. My guess is Goblin will kill Uncle Aaron and come close to killing MJ, Rio, Hailey, Ganke, Albert and maybe even JJJ, Danika and Cindy's love interest (who is hopefully a girl (gay Silk FTW)) and that leads to the final showdown. A three stage boss battle between Goblin and our heroes with each Spider taking on Gobby at different stages starting with Miles then Cindy and finally Peter. In the end Norman dies in one final attempt to kill the heroes despite their attempts to save him or they subdue him and he is arrested. The series ends with Peter and MJ getting married and MJ gets pregnant, Peter manages to find a balance between Peter and Spider-Man with the help of his amazing friends as do Miles and Cindy since protecting the city is now a job shared between the three of them. While they still morn for those they lost in the end they all look towards the future with hope in their hearts because they've all proven they are ready to be face it because they've all faced their greatest challenge and managed to come out on top. And hopefully Marvel comics will get the hint and just unto One More Day because we've gotten 3 stories outside the comics all saying it was a bad idea and allowing Peter to grow up and be an adult and have a family.

I know this comment is a month old, but an 8/10 should be considered a really high score. For some reason modern game journalism has made it so anything less than a 7 is bad, which is just not the case.

“No new tools”for stealth? This game introduced the web line and with it, Peter and Miles can perform double perch takedowns now which I find satisfying.

they did add some stealth stuff but very few. i honestly disagree about it being mediocre. i guess it's a matter of taste

Have you played the Arkham games. You can tell the stealth sucks in this after playing them.

I’m so glad this game turned out amazing, but thats a two sided speed since now I want in immensely but I don’t have $5 to spare, much less $70

Ok, but why did they change Peter and MJ's designs (yes I know that Peter's design was changed in Miles Moralis and in the PS5 remaster)? Nobody had any complains when it came to the originel so why put effort in re-resigning them when they could have used that time to iron out the bugs. Yes there are bugs in the game. Mainly enemies clipping in geometry which makes it imposible for me to defeat them and forcing me to reset the encounter as well as Peter falling through the ground during that 1 side mission where you cycle through the park.

They changed Peter because it was easier to use Ben Jordan’s face because him and Yuri’s face match up which made it easier

*spoiler* I agree I think the 2018 ending was better and more emotional but I replayed the game and I enjoyed it way more the second time for me I think not comparing it to 2018s ending made it more enjoyable

I'm glad those of you with PS5's are having fun, but Sony simply refuses to play nice with PC, so I probably gotta wait until Christmas of 2025.

honestly I'm kinda disappointed of what they did to peter, from the first moment of the game you can realize insomniac is putting Peter aside for the future games. I mean, Ok it's cool if Spider-man is getting beat once in a while. but they just did that to Peter waaaaay too much. no disrespect to Miles, but I don't like it when everything Peter says or does is wrong and Miles is right most of the times. they did brilliantly with the Miles Morales game about the young Spider-man. And I choose that over making a saint out of him in every case or decision throughout the game. we need Peter as much as we need Miles, nothing less or more. hopefully they will manage to get to that balance for their next Spider-man and we see an even better balance than this game. tbh they did an amazing job with the story and missions by making different stories for both Peter and Miles, they improved each and every character of this game. cinematics are phenomenal. lots of interactions with the environment. and activities. both very Very bad gadget variation and final suits ( antivenom suit was ok BUT Miles's was awful and only a market move). anyway I completely agree with Clownpuncher about the game. best Spider-man game so far and definitely for years. too bad it doesn't stand a chance against other nominees for the GOTY.

@@M0NK3M4DN3SS kraven was basically not even a character and the whole "cancer" subplot and family stuff is reduced to those side quest bases. Venom was cool to look at but basically nothing else is there, same goes with the whole symbiote "invasion" which felt like nothing compared to the chaos in Spider-Man ps4's devils breathe outbreak

In my opinion people have other hyped this game Mary Jane taking out trained killers with a stun gun is completely stupid. Plus the first half of the story drags at times I found the high school mission incredibly boring

The story of Marvel Spider-Man 2 fell flat once venom entered the picture. Like it did not make sense how fast it was.

I still feel arkham city is better. Predetor sections are trash and are not consequences. Acting is great but feels a bit unrealistic

Didn’t really care for the game. I felt they didn’t set up a lot of the story beats that well, especially Peter’s and MJ’s fight. Hope they can tighten things up in the next game.

Miles doesn’t even talk to Harry except like once, his suit at the end of the game is awful, MJ missions are still awful, and the story wasn’t as good 7/10
