    I would love to TASTE THIS!!! I am just kind of scared that I would buy a bag of anchovies and not like the taste of them. LOL!!! Could you also comment on your opinion on where to buy the anchovy/ kelp tea bags to make delicious stock. I am very interested in this. Of course, I think you're aware from all my comments with you over that past year or so that I am from Montana and don't have access to Korean ingredients so I can't tell you how much I appreciate you giving us the links to buy all the ingredients you use for people that don't have Asian markets!

    Think of it like Beef Jerky, that has been processed and dried for consumption. Dried anchovies are processed (cleaned) and dried with that salty taste. Korean dried anchovies are used straight from the bag.
