I made the chicken broth the day before and put it in the fridge overnight. In the morning, it was jello... as in pure gelatin. Liquid gold. Your one-way ticket to healthy-town. Gelatin reduces joint and bone pain, increases brain function, and helps reduce the signs of skin aging. I'm making this broth every Sunday for the rest of my life. Thank you, Seonkyoung!

OK, I NEVER DO THIS... HOWEVER: Seonkyoung, I stumbled upon your channel when I was searching for “the best pad Thai recipe”. I decided to try yours and was BLOWN AWAY with how delicious and perfect it came out. I then subscribed and browsed through your videos and I have to say, your video production has come a long way. I absolutely love the camera angles and your jokes that you have now. I watched your pork bun video and laughed so hard about over stuffing the buns like JEGGINGS!!! Bahahahahaa! At the end of that video you mentioned you had merch, and I was like, “what kind of merch?” I was absolutely tickled to see the nooder girl!!! And that you drew her!!!! Needless to say, I bought a shirt and can’t wait to wear it. Here’s the thing, I never do this. Commenting on KZread videos. It’s just not my thing. But I felt compelled to reach out and tell you my experience and let you know I think you’re pretty awesome and even though some people can be lame, (people are people wherever you go) I admire that you’re not letting that stop you. I've been watching cooking videos on youtube for litterally 10 years now and so here and there I make an incredible meal that took me longer than an hour to prepare. I cook great food, if I can do it in an hour. But when I see these video's where the broth is something I've never been able to achieve on a level where it's godlike. I got that same feeling you have and think to myself. One day, just one day, I will make a broth like that, I will cut up a whole chicken in pieces just to get all the good parts and I will put effort in buying the good ingredients at the appropriate stores, just to eat that one ramen noodle soup I can only imagen this taste like. It will be glorious.

Rachael Lincoln I've made a vegetable based ramen using some of her tips. Not gonna lie I cheated ALOT lol you'll need 4 c. Vegetable Broth Flavor with Soy Sauce until perfect for you. 2 tsp. Minced Garlic Salt & Pepper 2 tsp. Ginger (optional) Boil it all together, add any toppings you like such as green onions, sesame seeds, ect. This makes enough broth for myself and 3 boys (who eat alot lol) and its sooo delicious lol even the baby drinks the broth with a straw. I cant imagine how amazing hers tastes but I think its pretty damn good for a super quick mock off 🤷‍♀️👍

Oh my gosh. I am a newbie to your channel, and I can already tell that I LOVE YOU. I watched the ramen egg video first because I wanted to make them for my boyfriend. They turned out amazing!! And this is my second video, and I just love your instruction and little bit of sass and silliness. Thank you! I have been missing home-cooked Asian food soooo much. And now I can watch yours to give me ideas and cook them for my little household. ♡♡♡
