This fragrance surprised me, it has depth with this tinge of sweetness that is addicting, it's masculine but clean masculine, not musky.

I just purchased this today! All I can say is wow! Can't wait to wear it!

Hello Steven. LOVE this smell. The notes in this fragrance , to me ,are strong , sweet , sensual. It's a mystery fragrance that no one has emulated. A little too strong for my Paramedic profession but lots of compliments when I Wear. Thank you for all the great reviews. Cheers Spero in Kingston Ontario.

Great video bro, keep them coming !! U can tell that u really like this stuff in this review haha. This is some good stuff and i agree about using it discreetly cuz it is definitely expensive. Insurrection Dark for casual wear and Spicebomb for going out is the way to go ! Although Dark comes off a little "spicier" or "warmer" smelling where as Spicebomb is sweet and pretty calming, both great scents.

Steven i just like to thank you for getting me into this wonderful voyage of perfumes. I came across this video about 3 months ago of spicebomb and going by your great review, decided to blind purchase it. It is an amazing fragrance and my favourite so far. Can't wait for the colder months, as its summer here now. I've since purchased other perfumes and my collection is steadily growing. Great reviews always. I sprayed a sample for the black jacket Spicebomb. I have to say: It has a mature spicy kind of scent and it is strong, but my nose gets a bit stuffy due to its strong concentration. I have to go back to the mall, sample, and walk around a crowd to see positive reactions. And, I agree: It is very pricey for either small or large sizes.

Just recently bought this.one of my fav and signature fragrance.for the first minutes of spray the scent is so strong.after it dry down on my skin the base note starts and smell so sexy and masculine.very unique scents to me compared to another designer fragrance.the bottle is one of the best i ever seen. In my country,malaysia,this fragrance very expensive and hard to get in regular fragrance shop.its just not hold to long on my body.anyway very recommended

Very good review that made me re-evaluate the scent. I experienced the dry-down whilst watching your review and changed my original opinion on the scent as your review progressed. I sampled the scent in store and wasn't impressed by the opening. It was too synthetic spicy at first, but you are right, it does change, and I get the rose that you talk about here very obviously standing out on my skin. Spice Bomb has that name, that bottle and that opening that misleads, but you are right in this review. Stick with it and it's a lot more interesting than you might at first think.

@@MoahGentle I love the Spicebomb line simply because it is so different. I have had more compliments on those than almost any other fragrance I wear. My most complimented fragrance is HANDS DOWN "CJ Black from Rue 21" and believe me I know that sounds crazy considering some of the more expensive designer fragrances but CJ Black is literally a game changer. I've had more people compliment me, chase me down and ask me what it is I'm wearing than anything. Women saying they've got to get it for their significant other etc..

I just tried 1 Million and smelled Invictus a while ago too and Spicebomb seem so similar (at the opening most definitely) that I'm finding it hard to consider it unique. A few years ago a huge sweet fragrance trend was prevalent and they succeeded because it's well made, that's my take on it. I like the smell and if it performs well, I'll be happy to wear it. I just got a 7ml mini bottle from ebay of it, but unlikely going to buy a whole bottle of it unless i get extremely positive reactions wearing this.

You should try to do a comparison between Spicebomb and 1899 Hemingway Histoires de Parfums. They smell similar. Thanks for the review, very thorough.

Enjoyed the review. I purchased some Spicebomb for the first time using the where to buy link for Amazon that was provided. The product looks genuine and smells good, but the Viktor & Rolf Secret Service codes have been cut off from inside the box with an exacto knife. This has me wondering if it was a return, or maybe a gray market fragrance.

Awesome review, considering I picked up a bottle yesterday. The guy in front of me sampled the scent, and said it was to strong on the spice, and I could agree with him, but the lady at the shop sprayed it on my skin, and the smell changed straight away,it was toned down immensely, and the sweetness came through. To anyone looking to buy this, sample it on your skin, you'll get a very different smell.

Hi Steven. I tried this scent about a month ago in Cave Shepherd Vista in Barbados & just a few moments ago. There is definitely a difference when used in environments with temperature; cool vs warm. It's is indeed very unique! Somehow it reminds me of Diesel & Dolche & Gabbana's The One as well as Chanel Egoisté. It is by far less sweet than Million. It's more spicy/ peppery.

I thought I was the only one getting the candle wax vibe from this D: Awesome scent, great review :)

I hated spicebomb at first. All I got was a HUGE bell pepper/pink pepper/cinnamon bomb. I actually respected it at first due to the composition being true to it's name, a spice bomb. I brushed it aside as just a big ole pepper bomb, but once the spices settle, that beautifully delicious dry-down kicks it and it is just oh-so-sexy! I got this way back when i began my fragrance journey and almost got rid of it a few times. Luckily, this was one of the first frags that taught me to "ride out" frags and not let my nose get led by a sample spray on paper, or judge a frag on its top note only. This is EASILY signature scent worthy, it's just so darned sexy and fun! Excellent review as always! -HP

Steven you touched on how this doesn't give off much grapefruit and bergamot. I have a friend that wears this in the summer and it comes off completely different. Grapefruit, bergamot and the vetiver shine thru i never would have guessed that it was Spicebomb.

As well as the Bakarat rouge extrate I didn't have spice bomb in my collection but grabbed it as well and I friggin LUV it I don't know what other people are talking about so because of this old review AGAIN dude" you were SPOT ON with spice bomb thanks Steve ...

Love Spicebomb - sweet spicy with lots of cinnamon. Very interesting about the pink pepper and rose!

Excellent review and I feel that Spicebomb is a Fall great fragrance...especially now that I am craving spicy Fall fragrances such as Spicebomb, Tobacco Vanille, Eax des Baux, Spice and Wood, etc. Oh, personally I get a little bit of that Spicebomb combined with a healthy doze of Pure Havane with Insurrection II Wild. I would like to request reviewing some really great Middle Eastern fall fragrances such as (in no particular order): _Al Musbah Intense Oudh, Mujallad 1, Prince of Musk and Prince of Oudh; Arabian Oud Gentleman Secret, Oud Superior Oud, Kalemat, Kalemat Black, Luxury Oud, Majestic Platinum, Woody Black, Arabian Knight, XO Perfume for Men; Afnan Supremacy Supreme (best Aventus clone); Mishal Muzaffar Itarji Ibdaa (great Ambre Narguile clone) and Juzoor Al Oud (similar to Lattafa Ameer Al Oudh). Okay, review 'em all if you wish. (Lol) THX!

personally when i was still a teen some years i enjoyed the likes of 1 million and Diesel Fuel for especially (i still think that it's an amazing scent for young people and it fits the whole "bad boy" persona that i rock)...now i'm in my 20s and i just found this fragrance and it is just a perfect,easy transition...the sweetness is there,but the leather and tobacco gives it a nice background...longevity on my skin is above average i'm getting up to 15 hours easily (i can even feel it after a full day),and the projection makes it worth buying any bottle size because 1-1.5 sprays are enough so a bottle will probably last more than most fragrances...thanks for the review,you earned a sub

Your review made me unable to resist going and applying a spray of Spicebomb just now... This is the one that got me really interested in colognes, it smells soooooooo good I just cannot believe it.. The first time I tried it I think I didn't like the top notes at first, but now they are completely intoxicating.. that was a small spray, I'll brb 8)

Is Spicebomb Limited Edition Digital the same exact fragrance as the original Spicebomb

Would you say that this fragrance would be okay for everyday classroom use for the fall/winter seasons (disregarding the price)?

nearly a decade later and still a masterpiece to me ....ive bought literally hundreds of fragrances and not many beat the original spicebomb ,its just right

Spicebomb is a great cologne, particularly to wear at night. People love it. An alternative for you is 1899 Hemingway by Histoires de Parfums.

How can anyone dislike this brilliant channel?!

I picked up a 2022 batch last year in 2023 and it was incredible in performance, till this day. However recently I’ve obtained a steal of a used 100/150 ml bottle of the OG. It’s a 2015 batch, so I’m excited to see what the older variant will be like compared to my 2022 batch.

Hey, If you like Spicebomb then you should try shower gel from Dove Men +care Hydration balance [micro moister]. My nose is not like yours but I find lot of cinnamon and spices in this shower gel. Give it a try.

King Clown It has been reformulated due to extreme IFRA restrictions of cinnamon and other spice oils.. But I find it odd because fragrances that contain spices don’t use oils at more the 1% concentration.. So it really leaves me curious as to what the true reason of Spicebomb being reformulated is... I think it’s probably because essential oils are extremely expensive

I bought a bottle of spice bomb on 1/8/22 yesterday 💣 the original and it performs well on my skin, I sprayed it on my skin and clothes around 7am this morning, it's now 4:48pm and I can still smell and still get compliments

Which one has the more spicy non sweet smell? This or extreme?

Do you think Spicebomb, DHI and La Nuit will be a good rotation for university during fall/winter? Only like 1-2 sprays so that it won't project that heavy. Or will it be to much? I live in Sweden so it's cold here :)

IMO Fan di Fendi 2 is very similar to Spice bomb (i own both bottles) but i find Fendi better mixed or balanced and refined, try for yourself and share opinion :)

I got mine a week ago, it's been reformulated to death, only lasts 2-4 hrs, low projection. Batch code says 2015, really sad because i love this scent so much.

Get CH Prive. Definitely! Spicebomb is a complement getter, but it is not for every nose. I suggest you try them on FIRST at a Sephora store at different days for several weeks before actually buying though. GOOD LUCK!

Just watched this. I freakin love this fragrance, but I kinda think about it again when you mention that it has waxy notes. Yes it does, but I never realized it until you mention it :(

The moment I smelled it 1 Million (the original) came to my head. How nobody mentions that it attempts to copy and refine that fragrance? I haven't worn it on my skin long enough to evaluate the drydown but so far it seems like a twist or different version to 1 Million. Is it just me? Thanks for the explanation on the pink pepper as ingredient, I see it in notes so often!

I´m just guessing here, but it might be two sample sprays vs one spray from a bottle. but if you are talking about the sample bottles that are on display for you to spray on yourself for FREE, then it is the same sprayer, thus making one spray from each the same, equal ammount. Hope that helped :) Watch my channel as well :)

Just bought this one last week after getting me a sample spray (on paper) and initially didn't like it. I kept the small paper in my phone case and the next day I still smelled it and liked it. (strange right?) and today wore it for the first at work. My co-worker (guy) noticed it and complimented me for it. During lunch I went to the gym and even when I worked out I could still smell it. The longevity is indeed very good and guess 8+ hrs is possible. It's sweet but not so sweet as JPG Le Male or 1 Million. I like this one and so far don't regret it. Only thing I do regret is that I got the 50ml version and not the big one :P

I love this fragrance

I like it but it wont last long on my skin, i wont get another one, I will put my money to buy Dolce Gabbana "The one" or Azzaro Wanted by night.

It's my new favorite fragrance and I own around 60-70 bottles of cologne so you could say I'm a bit of a collector lol. I tried the flankers but I still like this the most, it's perfect to me. And I don't get the "synthetic smell" that people are talking about it smells like a high end frag which it is.

I wonder why no one talks about Armani Stronger With You? It's very close to this fragrance with more flower smell added. I love Armani Stronger With You its amazing fragrance. If you like this Spicebomb then I recommend you to try stronger with you.

Ermal I ended up buying the extreme one because it had good review and when I smelt it I liked it last long to, but I ain't smelt the normal version to this but a lot of ppl say get the extreme one

2012 to 2014 smell great with great performance anything released after that should be ignored and not purchased, you will be getting robbed for your money DO NOT BUY after 2014 it is horrible in performance and smells like notes Been reduced to nothing plus last about 10 minutes and I'm seriously not joking I own all 2012,2014,and 2016 you can even clearly see the juices transparency!! Great video I'm sure this applies to the actual Spicebomb that we all know and love the vintage original batches!
