We installed this system at a customer and we get this question: When the system is in a off-grid mode due to grind failure, does the system (when sunny) also charge the battery? Thank you!

You are using a plastic (unshielded) coupler to extend the CT cable but that doesn't connect the cable shields - so the CT's cable will not be earthed. You should be using a shielded coupler.

Hello, is the ATS-S included in SPH4600? I want to use the EPS Output for emergency issues when AC Grid is offline. Thats not happening often but from time to time. Is EPS output then parallel to the AC Grid in normal use and switched over to online EPS when AC grid is offline?

High voltage cables needs a cable sleeve to be legal

Inverter died after 2 months of use. SPH 5000. Ive got 3 inverters 1 from Fronius and two from Growatt. Fronius worked perfectly for several years.. So i decided to install two more systems for other two phases. 6 weeks down the track one of them stopped producing the energy. So for growatt its 50/50. The installation company is struggling with the support from growatt (Australia). Unable to replace as there is no replacement available. When I tried to call myself... No one even picking the phone/ answering emails. Pathetic.

After several weeks of waiting for the replacement I finally got it and now waiting for the solar company to come and replace it.

i really like the look of the "Wire stripper in the bottom middle of the picture at 1:10 I would like to see how that tool is used to strip wires.

Compre 8 inversores growatt min, Mac, y he tenido un pésimo soporte. Desde que conecte uno de 25k otro de 30k y otro de 36k no funcionaron. Marcaron 405 relay fault y el de 30 acv out range y no han podido solucionarme el problema desde hace 2 meses. He llamado y nunca me contestan. Los encargados de soporte de cada proveedor donde compre los equipos no me han dado una respuesta y sólo me dejan en visto. Me piden acceso a la planta pero después ya no me contestan. A donde puedo comunicarme con un experto especialista en growatt que conteste la llamada. ?
