Ramadan Mubarak you guys! One tip: I am not a coffee drinker luckily at all, but my husband is and he got the same problem while fasting, so before Ramadan I switched him to non-caffeine coffee (with him doesn't even knowing its caffeine free lol) so he doesn't have that issue again. And after Ramadan last year he realized he doesn't need coffee that much. I also think Ramadan is a great way too to get rid of all the junk food and drinks that we can live without even after Ramadan. Love and peace

Fasting tips: please take magnesium and potassium supplements (like 3-4 pills) while fasting; your body needs it and you will get NO HEADACHES! Also eat handful of nuts in AM and cantaloupe/honeydew in AM; it will keep you hydrated WAY longer than just water.. Ramadan Mubarak!!!
