welcome to another week in my life! come with me to go get our hair done, visit the dentist, run weekly errands and all the things that come with spring. I'm excited for their hair transformation since I've been growing out my natural hair color to transition from a bleach out to a foliage. ✨ PRETTY CONTENT with how well the first session went, I think the rest of the year will be more perfecting what tone over time.

Your hair is beautiful! My husband lived in the tall apts across from that salon back in his college days. My parents live across the Pike near Target. I'll look up that salon. So many of my stylists left the salons I went to and it's so hard for me to find one I really like. I literally found a new dentist after searching a whole year. My gums were not happy. I really enjoy your vlogs! Thanks for taking us along!

I know what you mean when you say it looks more blonde than you expected. In your inspiration images, the dark base is the anchor to the look. The thin ribbons of blonde are placed throughout and there's a lot of contrast with mostly dark hair still. With your result, it's almost inverted - they gave you more of an overall foilyage effect with a lot more blonde. When you move the pieces you see that dark hair still, but it is more of like a sandy blonde/brown effect. Either way, it's balanced beautifully and suits you!

I love the way it turned out. I’ve always love the highlighted/balayage type of style. It’s more blonde than what you asked for but the dimension of the layers came out even better. 🤩

I think it's gonna grow out over the few months and still look good placement wise. There's just that one section I will fine tune later :) The layers look great!

Nope, Virginia! LOL but we share the same problem. I've woken up to snow, been hailed on in the afternoon, smacked in a wind storm and sweated in the heat in the craziest 24hrs I've had.

I did my hair the same way at home. I've been doing my own hair since I was 15. It looks beautiful!

@saaammage I understand it can be tiring and scary depending on what you are doing to your hair. I will say a prayer for quick healing for your baby. I have 2 rabbits that I got from a bunny sanctuary and 1 is on lifetime medication after we lost her sister suddenly last February. They are 2 different breeds and my hearts with so much spunk.
