User Id is account name when you register on spektrumrc.com

Thank you, very helpful. What about upgrading the code/firmware? I know there are a number of people having difficulties with sleep mode freezing, model corruption, Etc. I have a iX14 un opened, I'm being told to un-install the airware from the factory and install the airware that is on the Play Store. Is that something you did ?

I havent had any issues with mine.I took it out of the box,full charged then did the register process. I wanted to make the video,so i deregistered and factory reset. Installed Airware and made video.No issues either time.

I cant get it to connect to the Wi-Fi. I have tried multiple time have even tried different wifi with no luck any suggestions?

1) Radio within 25-50feet of router/modem 2) Dont have anything else running (ie Spektrum Airware) 3) Battery charged or plugged into power source

I just received mine brand new and spektrum AirWare is not installed 😮

What´s to do to degegister the radio if you want to sell it? It shall than show the prompt "Register transmitter" again!?

You need to deregister from Spektrum RC account and Google Play store...

I bought the radio used but how can I unregister it so I can register it under my info.

Contact HH through online chat and tell them. They will reset account on radio.

how did you enter password etc. ??? s there a pop up keyboard or something? didn't see or hear about that...

Yes,when you click the lines it will pop up digital keyboard.

My password doesn't work so I can't set up my wifi?

Try researching how to reset pw on route from manufacture.
