So, the result is, you get the best engineers, service, hospitality care and etc and etc. The opposite of this is USA, where I live, there is a lot of affirmative action and "fair equal opportunity hiring" so an employers must hire all types of people for "equality" they must hire qualified and lazy people. whereas in Japan or even Singapore, if you don't work efficiently, then you're replaced and out of a job and welfare if difficult to come by, as it should be, welfare shouldn't be easy to get.

These workers wrap products faster than I can fold a piece of paper! Plus when they finish, the creases and everything and is perfectly square!

When you do this a thousand times a day, you’ll still be wrapping gifts in your dreams. Haha. This is so cool and satisfying.

Amazing that they are that fast but the wrapping has not a hair out of place when they are done. 😮 So elegant and kind of relaxing watching for some reason. 😊

Rush hour work pressure is so intense in Japan, I worked part-time in service industry here and my store manager encouraged workers to do their best, fast, efficiently, and follow instructions. Since I saw other Japanese part-timers putting their best effort, I was impressed and felt obligation to do the same.
