Keep taking us along on your fantastic journeys. This is even more fantastic than when I flew in the helicopters on the big island of Hawaii and Kaui. Your instructor said something very important “controlling your risks”. I have over 3000 hours in single engine Cessnas.

No way this is real. I regularly go to flightschool in Sitterdorf. I was there on saturday flying with the R22, taking off and landing at the exact same place where you were standing. This is crazy :D

Where exactly is the difference between the R44 and the R66? It it anything else than power? Using a special lens in the camera, wide angle, You have managed to register stunning images of all surrounding area around the helicoptar. I was shocked, how did You do it?

That seems an awful lot of information to take in within a short time span. The landing on that Glacier reminds me of a scene in the film "Shooter" which I saw the other day. Some time back I was fortunate to be given a freebee flight in a Discus glider over the glaciers so I know how pretty Switzerland is . Question: What are the financials over these videos you do? Well spotted, James! We use these as a visual reference (like a gunsight, if you like) for basic attitude flying.

To prevent Engen failer a chopper must not miss a single day for service when it's due take it to the chopper doctor so you won't come across such incidents ' Engen failing

What' is the red button for on your control right arm ' the arm you use for forward, backwards & sideways _ that red button is not familiar

What different classes are there for helicopter?

Which airport are you taking off from an what glacier are you landing on? Also it'd be cool if you could somehow share your route! I can re-fly it in the flight sim :p

That was taking off from Sitterdorf (LSZV), and landing on the Clariden-Hüfifirn landing site (LSVD).
