First off...he is a master at making these delicious sandwiches. There are a lot of issues with food safety. Taking money with your bare hands and then handling food with the same hands is a no no. Could be a place for something detrimental to pass on to a customer.

I read many comments directed at hygiene issues (food+money bill=infection). Maybe this is one way to develop gastrointestinal immunity. Eat one of those....and you are likely to come back for more. That's what Street food is about. And the prices are incredible. But keep some tissues/TP handy😂😂
