yes! His vocals are so underrated too. I really, honestly think he has the range, stability, and talent to be lead vocal, but like…it’s so rare we get to hear him stand alone. Yunho is such an underrated vocalist, his voice is just sooo beautiful. The song choice is literally perfect for his voice, the mv is heartwarming and moving. I’m extremely happy to finally have a Yunho’s official cover, that’s just a pure perfection

What I love about Yunho is that he isn't just singing, he puts his heart and sincerity into it, he really took his time to contemplate how he can convey his sincere thoughts and through his voice he gives us hope, strength and comfort. This is what makes this cover even more special.

Yunho chose this song as his first cover hoping to show atiny his sympathy and give comfort for the difficult time they're going through because he received a lot of comfort from this song when he was having hard time himself. (from his toktoq live) For the people who don't know, this song was originally released 10 years ago and it's not even a mega hit song in Japan. He really chose this song for atiny. The video he took for this cover shows his small but certain happiness(小確幸). Visiting beach, a night walk, his favorite food, his favorite character, walking in the snow, visiting the place that appears in his favorite film, bath time etc... hoping to help atiny find their own small but certain happiness of their own by showing his. And of course because the video is showing his source of happiness, we see him with atiny and his writing that says ATINY on the sand.

​@@thepotato946 The name of the film is “Your name” by Makoto Shinkai. However the place that appear in the film (animation) is not clearly shown in this MV, so it's a bit difficult to notice that. But he posted a photo of him standing on the exact spot that appear in the film on Instagram on Feb 6th while he was in Japan (It's the last two photos of him standing on the stairs holding an umbrella) and that's how people noticed Yunho visited the place that appear in “Your name”.

The best part of Yunho is, it’s not just a song for him! You can hear him pour his emotions into it! The happiness, the sadness everything !

Most people only see YUNHO as a VISUAL and PERFORMER, but people forget that YUNHO is a great vocalist and he can even be a MAIN VOCALIST in another group. The same thing also happened to other visual idols such as Irene Red Velvet, Yoon STAYC, Kevin The Boyz, Suho EXO, Jessica ex-SNSD, Wonyoung IVE & Jungmo Cravity They are all only seen as VISUAL only, even though they are all capable and great vocalists who are able to sing with various techniques & genres. I hope people stop labeling visual idols as just a face!! But they also have perfect talent for singing. And That's why their agency wants to debut them because apart from having good looks, they have good singing talent and are no less good than the Main Vocalist in the group 😃

Last year was very painful. See, I am an Aroha, before becoming also an Atiny. Losing Bin has been one of the hardest things I've ever felt, and besides this horrible thing happening, my life also had more downs than ups. But in the middle of all of what happened, I opened my heart to Ateez and Yunho immediately stood out to me. And easily enough became my bias, although I love all eight members with all my heart now. So for him to put out a cover of a song that is so soft and caring for us means the world to me. Through Yunho and ATEEZ I've been able to face things again, they have made me feel accompanied and supported. I feel I owe them so much, and Yunho is definitely part of it. He has truly become my happiness. So thank you Yuyu, for being so thoughtful and caring of your hotteoks and Atiny. Thank you for helping me find happiness again.

Well, there is a opposite wich is "Glimmer". Glimmer meant thing that make us feel happy, secure, emotionally safe. 人気アイドルが自分の誕生日に初めてカバーする曲が、自国の曲でもあまりメジャーな曲でもない事に驚きました。 原曲が公開された時から知っていて良曲だとは思っていましたが、歌詞の内容からも伝えるのは難しい曲だと感じていました。 (相手に辛くても生きていて欲しいと伝えるのは難しいしエゴだと感じることがあるので…) それでもユノさん(名前を間違えていたらすみません)が自ら選曲して歌ったことを考えると、不特定多数に向けたものではなくファンの方々を想って 歌われたのだと思います。 ファン皆さん、第三者から見ても皆さんはとても愛されて大事にされていると思いますよ。
