Phil came to my high school back in 89? 90? And he brought hockey gear and spoke to us football players about his dream of bringing hockey to florida. None of us took it seriously. It was fun to check out the gear, but we all shook our heads and went about our florida business...which is football. Fast forward to today and we have 3 stanley cups......UNBELIEVABLE!!!!

With this Cup, the Lightning have officially become legends. They’re the youngest team to win consecutive Cups, the 2nd in the salary cap era, and the 9th in history. Tampa has ascended to the elite tier in hockey history

Every year for a while now we have gotten a surprise team in the finals, honestly I got a really good feeling coming from Minnesota, I think there probably next in line to be that underdog story, meanwhile just about anybody could win the east, it’s gonna come down to Tampa, Carolina, New York, and Florida.

I just simply said if the Jags were to become relevant, and start winning, you may change your opinion on sports. I'll give Kahn credit he's trying, but still at this point it's comical that a Jags fan thinks watching other teams be successful is "boring". Oh and personally, I never hated the NBA because of Lebron winning so much, I just don't like the NBA in the first place.
