All seafood adhered to the local laws of Tasmania and abided by catch size limits, daily takes and no fish zones. Over the past 6 years I have made the commitment to no longer buy fish, so I only eat the fish I catch. Spearfishing is the most sustainable form of fishing on the planet, it is also the most environmentally friendly form of fishing.

In the words of mon “so good” another great edit, will need a bigger pot next visit, I’ll have to try the corn chip garnish. Cool trick with crays to remove poo tube. Snap off the thin part of one antennae and insert it backwards (spines facing you) about 10cm into the bum opening at the end of the tail. Spin it around a few times and pull it out. Poo tube will be wrapped around it.

If you flip the cray on its back and jam the knife in at the top of the "arrow" on the carapace you will do it in instantly. I do this with big fish to stop them running a muck, also lets them bleed out in the water while im getting more and keeps em fresh and tasty.

poo track isn't that the kidney all you have to do is peel thin layer of meat on the top and pull it out. Those are the biggest most beautiful lobsters I've ever seen is there not a commercial market for them. First time I've ever seen 1
