This has been on my mind SO much, realizing that I myself don’t have a healthy communication style with my partner and that’s why nothing really feels resolved. This will help me have the tough conversation of breaking things off with someone who is so kind but just isn’t the right person for me… I’ve never had to do this before with someone I wasn’t ready to say “good riddance!” to… and have had no idea how to approach the conversation.

This could not have come at a better time. I JUST sent out my guidelines for when I have my baby (due in a month) and my MIL did not respond well to the message..
