Ingredients:
Chicken - 500g
Basmati rice - 500g ( 2 1/2 cup )
Ghee - 2 tbsp + 1/2 tbsp
Oil - 2 tbsp
Cumin seeds - 1 tsp
Cinnamon - 2 piece ( 1 1/2 " size )
Cardamom - 3
Cloves - 4
Chopped onion - 2 ( medium )
Ginger paste - 1/2 tbsp
Garlic paste - 1/2 tbsp
Tomato - 1 ( small size )
Chilli flakes - 2 tsp
Coriander powder - 1 tsp
Salt
Lime juice - 1/2 lemon ( small size)
Curd - 3 tbsp
Hot water - 3 3/4 cup
Green chilli - 6
Tomato - 1 ( small )
Fennel seeds - 1/2 tsp
Capsicum - 2 1/2 tbsp
Carrot - 2 1/2 tbsp
