ഇത്രയും വൃത്തിക്ക് ഭംഗിയായി ഒരു you tube ചാനലിലും ഞാൻ ഇങ്ങനെ ഒരു അവതരണം കണ്ടിട്ടില്ല..... പാചകം അറിയാത്തവർ പോലും ഈസി ആയിട്ട് പഠിച്ചു പോവും..... എത്ര simple പ്രസന്റേഷൻ...... മറ്റുള്ളവർ ഓരോന്ന് ഉണ്ടാക്കുമ്പോ ഉള്ളി അരിയുന്നതും ഇഞ്ചി ചതക്കുന്ന അമ്മി,അമ്മിക്കല്ലിന്റെ shape വരെ ഇതൊക്കെ വിശദീകരിച്ച് 1 hour വരെ നീട്ടിക്കൊണ്ട് പോവും..... ഇതൊക്കെ എല്ലാരും കണ്ട് പഠിക്കണം..... അടിപൊളി ആയിട്ടുണ്ട്.... 👍👍👍👌👌👌

Prepared fried rice and chilli chicken today using Shan's recipe.Both came out perfect.Very tasty 😊.Thank you

Was down with a fever along with my son today & my husband took control of the kitchen. Having moved to UK we had no other support system here. He made your fried rice & It turned out so so so good ! One of the best fried rice I have ever had. He followed your recipe to the T. Thank you for the good meal you let us have. It made me emotional even. Really appreciate it.
