A great story nonetheless, but I feel some improvements could be made in how the story went. Like, Flutterbat happened before. How did they get rid of it? They could've done that same thing again. The nightmares, why didn't they go to Princess Luna? There should also be more of a reasoning as to how or why that form is coming back, and not just nightmares. It's a good story! I like the idea, just some construction criticism/ideas. :> Also very good voice acting and reading. I've been listening to your narratives for a few years now. ❤

This story follows the theory of Fluttershy still having Flutterbat inside of her, and it wasn't transferred by bite, but by complete accident via spell. The end result of the story was unstoppable, and that's what makes it tragic. I almost labelled it grimdark, but it didn't feel like a grimdark, but more just a tragic love story with an inevitable end, especially considering Dash had to kill Flutterbat to free both herself and Fluttershy of the corruption, grief, and darkness.

@@Sparrow9642 True, but there was still magic involved and the magic could conceivably be transferred to Rainbow. Anyway, it's just a thought. And maybe I've just read too much Lovecraft!

Rainbow was never involved in the first Flutterbat corruption incident, so there's no possible way for it to be transferred by Flutterbat itself, they have no magical ability, and pegasi can't perform magical abilities.

Yeah!! After all, Fluttershy bitt Dash, and that is how our vampires work. These batponies must just be the vampires of equestria, right? So yeah, it would be super cool if she tried to kill the vampire to save Flutters from the pain and horror, only for her to be infected herself.

Celestia did exactly what Luna could by going into her mind to try and find Fluttershy and came up with the answer she did. Therefore, it wouldn't have made any difference.

@@alexanderm8801 Just wanted to be sure. I know some people can be homophobic, and they'll just comment on a video to be assholes about it. Glad to see that wasn't the case :)
