Lol this is very very light sparring. This isnt it my friend. It was the younger fighter respected seanchai to much to even 'light spar' him for real. I guess he feeled to honored to spar such a legend to focus on actually spar and learn something. But thats just respect and i think its beautyfull to see more often

You can tell Senchai has great respect for whomever he's sparring, no matter the lvl, cause he only goes as hard as you do.

just realized something about his kicks that i wanted to share. he doesn’t retract them in the same way he kicks but instead pulls them back from the position of contanct straight to him. this makes his leg feel „slippier“ if he ever gets it caught and basically makes him impossible to sweep. if you want to know what i mean just look at the way he kicks and then retracts and then the way the other fighter kicks it’s completely different

Good stuff just don’t be so heavy on that lead foot in Muay Thai somebody gonna eat that leg up if it was in a competition setting and use that teep kick more helps find the range and keeps opponents at distance

Yes sir it is hard to tell, but I have a massive cauliflower ear from not keeping this hand up so lesson learned lol especially with a southpaw and someone as tricky as Saenchai. I tried my best to remember the fundamentals and keep my hands up lol thank you for the feedback. I appreciate the kind words. Happy training.
