Took a mini road trip for Mother's Day out to Hatch, NM to try Sparky's famous green chile burgers and were very satisfied with the delicious explosion of flavor. A definite must for anyone looking to try an amazing burger and enjoy the sight of huge statues of favorite pop culture classics.

It was my dad Bill Swan who made the mufflerman, A&W root beer family,Bobs big boy and several other iconic fiberglass statues after he retired he carved out of wood and drew western pictures

We love Sparky's! Just moved to Las Cruces 16 months ago and go to Sparky's when we can. Beautiful drive there too. The oinker is the bomb!! ❤
