Good video Spain prices have gone up between 50 to 100 percent and more over the last five years when i arrived in 2018 fuel was 80 cents a litre it's been 2 euro its now 1.70 about same as uk but before it was always half of uk foods gone up alot my bills gone up from 350 a month to 600 for same products there seems no end rises week after week its just greed no reason else so if your coming to live here be aware the cheap days have gone and the buerocrecy is pathetic my advise would be stay were you are !!!

I like that you have obvious love, respect, and pride in your adopted town and country. I see so many expats make videos about their adopted country and rip into it, pointing out how bad it is. I always wonder why they're even there and don't just leave. Nice one, mate. You're living the dream . Hopefully, one day, I'll get a bit of the Spanish dream, too.

What about the sewage smell? I have heard there are areas around the salt lake near the hospital, torreta, playa náufragos , Los altos, Los balcones that have a sewage smell. So which is a nice area with no sewage smell in Torrevieja if there is one?. Thank you so much!

I live here for 9 years ..,,,no sewage smell 👃………but in some areas maybe for a fees days in a year at most. you can smell pig manure ….but other than that no smell I live ontop of the salt lakes

We've just returned to the UK after 2 months self catering in Costa del Sol. Did all our shopping in Mercadonia, lovely supermarket. Spent less than we spend in the UK but had far better food. Loved the ham and cheese and the langistines (giant prawns) €6 for a pack of 20 ready cooked. And the bread and rolls were fresh and lovely!!!! Superb oranges at 99c a kilo. Can't go wrong. Anyone tried The Guvnor red wine at Mercadonia at €2.35. Superb!👍🍷
