I loved the clip you showed at first. And I even loved all the gameplays of Spain.all of the videos I liked the ffa the most.expecting more gameplays in other civ. I hope you make more INDIA civ.great video.keep it up

one detail I noticed male Spanish villager said "Preparado" female Spanish villager said "Preparada" good job

I like having the archaic infantry train time even when not going for rush, because if needed, you can crap out an army on the fly. Early game it allows an emergency army of crossbows and pikes, late game it basically allows instant pikes. Which might no longer be very effective, but pretty fun (and if you spam them into the enemy base, they can siege buildings pretty fast). I just love the Spanish in general though. Nice vid, hope you'll get some real water action in the future, as the FFA was really not a great showcase for how insane the galleons become with all the upgrades.

new strat i've been trying with spain is to get the improved explorer/war dogs card first, then push opponents at start of the game with 5 war dogs and ruin their early eco

It sounds like Spain is rubbish without Unction but that is not true! Unction is helpful and does make you much stronger but you can do without it: Musketeers + Lancers/Hussars + Heavy Cannons → One of the best armies. The fast shipments are your economy bonus. Just get resources if you need them or some cards for faster gathering etc.

Can't wait to see you try unction monitors. Atomics!

Loved the spain matches they are such a good civ in team games! I think they honestly struggle in TAD 1v1 simply because they dont have any ranged infantry shipments and without water just dont boom as good as other civs unless you literally play 3 vills 2 vills 5 vills 4 vills as your first 4 cards. I love what you say it really is just a flexible civ in so many ways because they can be good at almost anything. I am sad that you never got to use unction heavy cannons but maybe some day! P.s. there is no link to a survey for france vs japan for next nation, am i missing it by any chance?

I feel Spain is underrated cause if you have a strong deck and since you get shipments faster you can either build a pretty strong economy or big army fast

U forgot 1 important PRO: Spain has the best NAVY in the game, their Galleon has 100 DMG and 4750HP, that's more then a normal frigate.

@@ussalpha5379 No it doesn't, they have cards that do small DMG increase. The Spanish have cards that improve DMG and they have many Cards that improve HP. The Spanish Galleon has 4650 HP/ 100 DMG The Spanish Frigate has 5400HP /210 DMG

@@rodrigofilho1996 Britain with Naval Gunners, Off shore support, monitor combat (not counting improved warship because every civ has that) gain +60% damage. Spain can only buff up its galleons by 50% attack + damage. And they have a 30% HP increase with Armada. In a realistic water fight, no one will fight with only galleons. All of Britain's ships are very high damage, they will easily wipe out Spain. So yes, Britain has the best Navy.

@@ussalpha5379 Armada increases the HP off all ship's, not only Galleon's. Since I'm into naval battles in AOE 3 I've tried all nations in 1v1 on custom map, what I did was get all ships and all upgrades and home cards, then place the 2 navies close in a mirror position, then start the battle, Spain was 1. Aztec got 2. Britain got 3.

I wondered this for a while too. It's an age 2 card that enables missionaries to buff units by accompanying the army

Economy suck ass, but the lancer is op, with ups they fuck everything in its way
